또한 상기 뇌동맥류 스텐트가 팽창 시에, 상기 코일 지지부의 상기 닫힌 구조부는 상기 코일의 이탈을 방지하기 위해 상기 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 반경방향 내측을 닫고 있는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 닫힌 구조부는, 상기 코일 지지부의 다른 부분의 패턴과 상이한 직선 형상으로 가공된 와이어 구조인, 뇌동맥류 스텐트. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 뇌동맥류 스텐트가 팽창 시에, 상기 마커는 상기 코일 지지부의 반경방향 내측의 중심에 위치하는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 본체부 및 상기 코일 지지부는 형상 기억 합금 재료의 와이어로 직조되거나, 형상 기억 합금 재료의 튜브를 레이저 커팅 (laser cutting) 하여 형성된, 뇌동맥류 스텐트. - 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법에 있어서,
a) 중공의 관형의 본체부 및 상기 본체부의 길이방향 일단에서 상기 본체부와 일체로 형성된 코일 지지부를 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 코일 지지부의 상기 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 길이방향 외측 단부에, 상기 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 반경방향 내측에 대한 닫힌 구조부를 형성하는 단계;
c) 상기 본체부 및 상기 코일 지지부를 지그에 삽입하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 지그 내에서 상기 본체부 및 상기 코일 지지부를 열처리하여 상기 본체부 및 상기 코일 지지부를 최종 형상으로 팽창시키는 단계;
를 포함하는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
d) 단계에서,
상기 코일 지지부는 상기 본체부 보다 반경방향으로 더 큰 최종 형상으로 팽창되고,
상기 닫힌 구조부는 상기 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 반경방향 내측을 닫은 상태를 유지하도록 편평하게 변형되는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
b) 단계에서,
상기 닫힌 구조부의 선단에 방사선 불투과성 (radiopaque) 재료의 마커를 추가로 배치하는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
b) 단계에서,
상기 닫힌 구조부를 상기 코일 지지부의 다른 부분의 패턴과 상이한 직선 형상의 와이어 구조로 가공하는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
b) 단계에서,
상기 마커는 상기 닫힌 구조부의 선단을 묶거나 용접하여 배치되는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
d) 단계에서,
상기 마커는 상기 코일 지지부의 반경방향 내측의 중심에 배치되는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
a) 단계에서,
상기 본체부 및 상기 코일 지지부는 형상 기억 합금 재료의 와이어로 직조되거나, 형상 기억 합금 재료의 튜브를 레이저 커팅 (laser cutting) 하여 형성되는, 뇌동맥류 스텐트의 제조 방법.
