Claims (4)
- 입자 크기가 1 mm 이하인 MgO, CaO, FeO, CaF2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 및 Cr2O3에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 무기 화합물 및 실리카(다공질 실리카는 제외함)를 포함하는 내화재료; 및
Si 분말과 금속 분말을 포함하는 혼합 분말(여기에서 금속 분말은 Al, Mg, Zr, Ca, Fe, Cr, Hf 및 Ce를 포함함);
을 포함하는 세라믹 웰딩용 조성물로서,
상기 무기 화합물과 실리카는 1:99 내지 30:70의 중량비로 포함되고,
상기 Si 분말과 금속 분말은 12:1 내지 14:1의 중량비로 포함되고,
상기 혼합 분말은 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 30 중량부로 포함되고,
상기 실리카는 용융 실리카, 규석, 트리디마이트 (Tridymite), 실리카 흄 (Silica Fume) 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는,
세라믹 웰딩용 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 마그네시아, 규회석, 코디어라이트, 페탈라이트 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 첨가제를 더 포함하는, 세라믹 웰딩용 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 상기 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 2 내지 5 중량부의 함량으로 포함되는, 세라믹 웰딩용 조성물.
