Claims (10)
- 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법으로서,
폴리이미드 필름을 준비하는 단계;
상기 폴리이미드 필름 상에 습식 코팅법을 이용하여 접착력 강화층을 적층하는 단계;
상기 접착력 강화층 상에 화학기상증착법을 이용하여 하드코팅층을 적층하는 단계; 및
상기 하드코팅층 상에 방오층을 적층하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 하드코팅층의 두께는 100nm 초과 내지 1000nm 미만이고,
상기 접착력 강화층의 두께는 1㎛ 내지 5㎛인, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방오층은 화학기상증착법 또는 전자빔(Electron Beam)법을 이용하여 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름으로서,
폴리이미드 필름;
상기 폴리이미드 필름 상에 적층된 접착력 강화층;
상기 접착력 강화층 상에 적층된 하드코팅층; 및
상기 하드코팅층 상에 적층된 방오층;을 포함하고,
상기 하드코팅층의 두께는 100nm 초과 내지 1000nm 미만이고,
상기 접착력 강화층의 두께는 1㎛ 내지 5㎛ 인, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름.

상기 방오층의 두께는 10nm 내지 50nm 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 접착력 강화층은 열경화성 수지, 용매, 열경화정수지 경화제 및 경화촉진제로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅층은 규소계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 하드코팅층은 비정질(amorphous)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 방오층은 불소계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴더블 커버 윈도우용 박막 하드코팅 필름.
