도 2는 2가지의 소스-PCB의 장착 방식을 개략적으로 도시하는 단면도이다.
도 3은 일반적인 7-홀 COF를 이용한 풀-폴딩 방식의 소스-PCB 표시장치의 세부 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 사용되는 커버 버텀의 평면도, 확대 사시도 및 확대 단면도를 도시한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 사용되는 가이드 패널의 확대 사시도로서, 전면 및 후면에서 본 구조를 도시한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 5-홀 COF 장착 표시장치의 측단면도로서, 커버 버텀의 COF 관통용 절개영역 부분을 절개한 단면도이다.

Claims (11)
- 표시패널;
광원 모듈, 도광판 및 광학 시트를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛;
상기 표시패널을 구동하기 위한 구동회로를 포함하는 소스 인쇄회로기판(PCB);
상기 표시패널 및 백라이트 유닛 중 1 이상을 지지하고, 상기 소스 PCB를 상기 표시패널에 연결하기 위한 칩-온-필름(COF)이 통과하는 COF 통과용 절개영역을 포함하며, 상기 COF 통과용 절개영역 중 1 이상에는 전면측으로 절곡되어 상기 백라이트 유닛의 광학시트의 관통홀에 삽입되는 시트 걸이부가 구비되고, 상기 COF 통과용 절개영역 중 상기 시트 걸이부가 제공되지 않는 COF 통과용 절개영역은 절곡부 없이 커팅 영역만 제공되는 커버 버텀; 및
상기 커버 버텀과 연결되는 가이드 패널;
을 포함하는 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버 버텀의 상기 COF 통과용 절개영역 이외의 지지영역에는 후면측으로 절곡된 지지 리브가 제공되며, 지지 리브 중 일부 영역에는 상기 가이드 패널과 연결되는 후크 돌출부가 제공되는 표시장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
COF 통과용 절개영역의 시트 걸이부 및 상기 커팅 영역은 상기 지지 영역의 지지 리브보다 더 내측에 제공되는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버버텀 후면에 장착되는 소스 PCB 홀더를 추가로 포함하되, 상기 소스 PCB 홀더는 상기 소스 PCB 홀더의 소스 PCB 장착면과 표시패널 법선벡터가 이루는 각도가 55~65도가 되도록 커버 버텀 후면에 장착되는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 패널은 상기 표시패널과 상기 백라이트 유닛 사이에 배치되어 상기 가이드 패널의 하면을 지지하는 수평지지부와, 상기 수평지지부로부터 절곡되어 상기 커버 버텀의 측면에 결합되는 측벽부를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 패널의 측벽부 중 상기 커버 버텀의 COF 통과용 절개영역에 대응되는 부분은 측벽이 제거된 측벽 제거 영역이 구비되는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 커버버텀의 COF 절개영역에 대응되는 가이드 패널의 상기 수평지지부에는 상기 커버 버텀의 시트 걸이부의 단부가 수용되는 시트 걸이부 수용홈이 제공되는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 패널의 상기 측벽부 중 일부 영역에는 상기 커버 버텀의 후크 돌출부에 대응되는 후크홀이 제공되는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 패널의 상기 측벽부 내측에는 패널 보강 리브가 제공되는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버 버텀 외측을 커버하는 커버 실드를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 소스 PCB와 마주보는 커버 실드 내면에는 전자파 간섭(EMI) 컨택부가 제공되는 표시장치.
