Abstract
본 발명에 따른 물-기름 분리 장치는 기존의 친액성(lyophilic)/소액성(lyophobic) 필름을 이용하지 않고 물질의 밀도 차이를 이용함으로써 간단한 구조의 장치만으로도 다양한 점도의 기름을 쉽고 빠르게 회수하여 기존 연구의 필터 방식과 흡착방식이 갖고 있던 단점을 동시에 해결하고, 실제 기름 유출 상황에서 빠르고 효과적인 대처가 가능하다.
Description
도 2는 밀도가 상이한 두 액체와 두 액체의 중간의 밀도를 갖는 필름의 위치 관계를 나타낸다.
도 3은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 분자 구조를 나타낸다.
도 4는 본 발명의 환원된 산화그래핀/저밀도 폴리에틸렌 복합체 필름의 제조 공정도를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 형태에 따른, 중합체 필름에 필름형태 유지수단을 구비한 예시를 나타낸다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른, 발열 수단이 구비된 물-기름 분리 장치를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 물 위에 떠 있는 기름을 분리하기 위한 장치로서,
(a) 물의 밀도보다 낮고 기름의 밀도보다 높은 밀도를 가져 물과 기름 사이에 부유하도록 구성되고, 기름 회수를 위한 회수홀이 형성된 중합체 필름;
(b) 상기 회수홀에 연결되어 중합체 필름의 상부에 위치하는 기름을 이동시키기 위한 기름 회수관; 및
(c) 상기 기름 회수관의 말단에 연결되어 회수된 기름을 저장하는 기름 회수 용기
를 포함하는 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 필름이 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene; UHMWPE), 초저분자량 폴리에틸렌(ultra-low-molecular-weight polyethylene; ULMWPE), 고분자량 폴리에틸렌(high-molecular-weight polyethylene; HMWPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(high-density polyethylene; HDPE), 고밀도 가교성 폴리에틸렌(high-density cross-linked polyethylene; HDXLPE), 가교성 폴리에틸렌(cross-linked polyethylene; XLPE), 중밀도 폴리에틸렌(medium-density polyethylene; MDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(linear low-density polyethylene; LLDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(low density polyethylene; LDPE), 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌(very-low-density polyethylene; VLDPE), 염소화 폴리에틸렌(chlorinated polyethylene; CPE), 입체규칙성 폴리프로필렌(isotactic polypropylene; iPP), 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌(syndiotactic polypropylene; sPP), 어택틱 폴리프로필렌(atactic polypropylene; aPP), 호모-폴리프로필렌(homo-PP), 랜덤-폴리프로필렌(random-PP), ter-폴리프로필렌(ter-PP), 블록-폴리프로필렌(block-PP), 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene; ABS), 폴리(1-부텐)(poly(1-butene)), 폴리메틸펜텐(polymethylpentene) 및 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; EVA)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 중합체 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 필름의 밀도가 0.50 내지 1.030g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 필름이 그래핀(graphene), 산화그래핀(graphene oxide), 환원된 산화그래핀(reduced graphene oxide), 탄소나노튜브(carbon nanotube), 탄소섬유(carbon fiber) 및 탄소나노플레이트(carbonaceous nanoplates)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 탄소계 물질과의 복합체 필름의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 복합체 필름이 탄소계 물질을 중합체 필름의 중량에 대하여 0.1 내지 10중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기름 회수관의 내경이 2mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기름 회수관 및 기름 회수 용기가 연결된 부분이 수면 아래에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 복합체 필름이 다음을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치:
(a) 중합체를 제1 용매에 용해시켜 중합체 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 탄소계 물질을 제2 용매에 분산시켜 탄소계 물질 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(c) 상기 중합체 용액 및 탄소계 물질 용액을 혼합하는 단계;
(d) 상기 혼합액을 제3 용매에 첨가하여 탄소/중합체 복합체 입자를 수득하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 탄소/중합체 복합체 입자를 성형하여 탄소/중합체 복합체 필름을 제조하는 단계. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 용매가 톨루엔(toluene), 자일렌(xylene), 헥산(hexane), 사이클로헥산(cyclohexane), 벤젠(benzene), 클로로벤젠(chlorobenzene), 클로로폼(chloroform), 부탄(butane), 트리클로로에틸렌(trichloroethylene), 아세톤(acetone), 테트라클로라이드(tetrachloride), 디에틸케톤(diethyl ketone), 메틸에틸케톤(methyl ethyl ketone), 메틸프로필케톤(methyl propyl ketone), 메틸렌클로라이드(methylene chloride), 페놀(phenol), 테트라하이드로퓨란(tetrahydrofuran) 및 디에틸에터(diethyl ether)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 성형이 열압착(hot pressing)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 열압착이 110 내지 180℃의 온도에서 10 내지 10,000,000N/m2의 압력으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 필름이 필름의 형태를 유지하기 위한 필름형태 유지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 필름 및 기름 회수관 중 하나 이상이 발열 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 물-기름 분리 장치.
