Claims (9)
- 제1 영역, 상기 제1 영역으로부터 연장된 제2 영역, 및 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역의 사이에 형성되는 절곡부를 포함하는 기판;
상기 제1 영역 상의 발광 소자;
상기 발광 소자와 연결되며, 상기 절곡부를 가로질러 배치되는 배선; 및
상기 기판의 절곡부 상에서 상기 배선에 대응하는 영역에 형성되며, 상기 기판의 상면에 대응하는 제1 개구와 상기 기판의 하면에 대응하고 상기 제1 개구와 연통하는 제2 개구를 포함하는 배선 보호홀;을 포함하며,
상기 제1 개구의 폭은,
상기 제2 개구의 폭보다 작고, 상기 배선이 배치되는 폭보다 크게 형성되는 인쇄회로기판. - 삭제

상기 제1 개구의 폭은,
상기 배선의 배치되는 폭 보다 100 ㎛ 이상 크게 형성되는 인쇄회로기판. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
