Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따라 코팅된 탄소재의 SEM 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따라 코팅된 탄소재의 두께를 추정하기 위한 SEM 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따라 코팅된 탄소재의 산화에 의한 무게감량을 시간별로 확인하여 도시한 것이다.
도 5a 및 도 5b는 비교예 1에 따라 폴리카보실란의 농도가 20중량% 및 30중량%인 경우의 SEM 사진이다.
도 6은 비교예 1의 표면 박리 상태의 SEM 사진이다.
도 7a 및 도 7b는 폴리카보실란이 30 중량%인 경우 탄소재 내부 및 표면 상태에 대한 SEM 사진이다.
도 8a 및 도 8b는 비교예 2에 따라 열처리온도를 1400℃ 및 1800℃로 하였을 때의 SEM 사진이다.
Claims (10)
- 수평균분자량(Mn)이 800 내지 1,400 g/mol인 폴리카보실란 및 유기용매를 포함하는 폴리카보실란의 농도가 5 내지 10 중량%인 용액으로부터 형성된 1~300 nm 두께의 SiOC 네트워크의 균질한 코팅층을 갖는 탄소재로서, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄소재가 흑연화탄소의 폼, 매트 또는 펠트인, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리카보실란은 폴리메틸카보실란, 폴리메틸페닐카보실란, 폴리비닐카보실란 및 폴리메틸실란으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기용매가 사이클로헥산, 노말헥산, 톨루엔, 벤젠 또는 테트라하이드로퓨란로부터 선택되는, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재.
- 삭제
- 수평균분자량(Mn)이 800 내지 1,400 g/mol인 폴리카보실란 및 유기용매로부터 5 내지 10 중량%인 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 폴리카보실란 용액에 흑연화탄소의 폼, 매트 또는 펠트인 탄소재를 도포시키는 단계;
폴리카보실란이 도포된 탄소재가 SiOC 네트워크를 형성하도록 경화시키는 단계 및 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 1~300 nm 두께의 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서, 경화시키는 단계가 150 내지 250℃에서 1 내지 7시간 동안 처리되는, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 열처리하는 단계가 불활성 기체 분위기 하에, 800 내지 1200℃에서 1~2시간 동안 처리되는, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 폴리카보실란은 폴리메틸카보실란, 폴리메틸페닐카보실란, 폴리비닐카보실란 및 폴리메틸실란으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 최소한 1종을 포함하는, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재 의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 유기용매가 사이클로헥산, 노말헥산, 톨루엔, 벤젠 또는 테트라하이드로퓨란로부터 선택되는, 산화안정성이 향상된 코팅층을 가진 탄소재 의 제조방법.
