Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 형질전환된 세포주를 면역형광염색법을 이용하여 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 형질전환된 세포주의 줄기세포성을 알칼리성 인산가수분해효소 염색법을 이용하여 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다,
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 형질전환된 세포주의 줄기세포성을 종양구 형성으로 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 형질전환된 세포주의 유전자 발현 패턴을 비교한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (22)
- 서열번호 5, 7, 9, 11 및 13으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 펩티드를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 인 비트로에서 줄기세포의 줄기세포성 억제용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 펩티드는 OCT4(Octamer-binding transcription factor 4)와 PP1(protein phosphatase 1) 사이의 결합을 저해하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 줄기세포는 배아줄기세포, 생식세포, 및 암 줄기세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 줄기세포의 증식, 또는 생존을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물. - 서열번호 5, 7, 9, 11 및 13으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 펩티드를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
