Abstract
본 발명은 인쇄회로기판(300)의 상부에 일정 간격으로 장착된 다수개의 LED칩(200)이 각각 삽입되도록 삽입홈(120)이 형성된 다수개의 볼록렌즈(110)가 배치되어 판 형상으로 형성되는 엘이디 조명기구용 렌즈모듈에 있어서, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)는, 볼록면인 상부면이 외부로 노출되도록 평면인 하부면에 상기 삽입홈(120)이 형성되어 상기 LED칩(200)과 인접하게 위치되며, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 하부면에는, 상기 삽입홈(120)에 삽입된 LED칩(200)과 인접하게 형성되면서 상기 LED칩(200)의 빛을 난반사시켜 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 상부면에 옐로우링 현상을 방지하도록 0.001mm 내지 5.0mm의 폭과 0.001mm 내지 5.0mm의 깊이를 갖는 다수개의 홈이 형성된 패턴(111)이 형성되고, 상기 패턴(111)의 홈은, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 크기에 따라 변경되며, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 크기가 클수록 5.0mm에 근접한 폭을 갖고, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 크기가 작을수록 0.001mm에 근접한 폭을 갖도록 형성된다.

- 인쇄회로기판(300)의 상부에 일정 간격으로 장착된 다수개의 LED칩(200)이 각각 삽입되도록 삽입홈(120)이 형성된 다수개의 볼록렌즈(110)가 배치되어 판 형상으로 형성되는 엘이디 조명기구용 렌즈모듈에 있어서,
상기 볼록렌즈(110)는, 볼록면인 상부면이 외부로 노출되도록 평면인 하부면에 상기 삽입홈(120)이 형성되어 상기 LED칩(200)과 인접하게 위치되며,
상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 하부면에는, 상기 삽입홈(120)에 삽입된 LED칩(200)과 인접하게 형성되면서 상기 LED칩(200)의 빛을 난반사시켜 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 상부면에 옐로우링 현상을 방지하도록 0.001mm 내지 5.0mm의 폭과 0.001mm 내지 5.0mm의 깊이를 갖는 다수개의 홈이 형성된 패턴(111)이 형성되고,
상기 패턴(111)의 홈은, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 크기에 따라 변경되며, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 크기가 클수록 5.0mm에 근접한 폭을 갖고, 상기 볼록렌즈(110)의 크기가 작을수록 0.001mm에 근접한 폭을 갖도록 형성되는 엘이디 조명기구용 렌즈모듈. - 삭제
