Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- (a) C-O-C 작용기와 C=C 작용기를 포함하는 아크릴 단량체; 및
(b) C-O-C 작용기와 C=C 작용기를 포함하는 아크릴 올리고머를 포함하는 프라이머 조성물로서,
상기 프라이머 조성물은 용매-무함유(solvent-free)이고 에너지 경화성이고, 상기 아크릴 단량체와 아크릴 올리고머의 총합 중 C-O-C 대 C=C 작용성의 계산된 비가 1.6 초과인, 프라이머 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 단량체와 아크릴 올리고머의 총합 중 C-O-C 대 C=C 작용성의 계산된 비가 1.8 초과인, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 레네타(Leneta) N2A-3 차트 상에 15 bcm 아닐록스(anilox)와 함께 플렉시프루퍼(Flexiproofer)를 이용해서 도포되고 경화된 경우, 적어도 37 mN/m의 분산적 표면 에너지(dispersive surface energy)를 지니고; 20° 각도에서 55 초과의 광택 및 60° 각도에서 83 초과의 광택을 지니는 상부면을 생성하는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 레네타 N2A-3 차트 상에 15 bcm 아닐록스와 함께 TMI 플렉시프루퍼를 이용해서 도포되고 경화된 후, SC17604 아세테이트 용매-기반 진공 금속화 안료 은 잉크로 덧인쇄되고(overprinted), 메이어 제3호 바(Meyer #3 bar)로 도포되고, 건조된 경우, 적어도 80%의 광휘성 지수(brilliance index)를 지니는 상부면을 생성하는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 25℃ 내지 45℃에서 10sec-1에서 측정된 경우 적어도 50%의 코팅 점도의 감소가 있는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 경화된 경우 60 이상의 총 가시광 반사율을 나타내는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 20℃에서 33 mN/m 이하의 정적 표면 장력을 지니는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 15 bcm에서 5 bcm로의 아닐록스 변경 시 10점 미만의 60° 광택 감소 및 20점 미만의 20° 광택 감소를 나타내는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, BYK 페노팩 2817 차트(BYK Penopac 2817 chart)의 백색 미코팅 영역과 비교해서 상기 차트의 백색 코팅된 영역 간의 60° 광택 차이가 15 bcm에서 2 미만 및 10 bcm에서 4 미만을 나타내는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 45℃에서의 점도가 17 내지 25 cPs인, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 단량체 및 아크릴 올리고머의 각각은 300 g/몰 초과의 분자량을 지니는, 프라이머 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 25℃ 내지 45℃에서 10sec-1에서 측정된 경우 적어도 50%의 코팅 점도의 감소가 있고, 상기 프라이머 조성물은, 레네타 N2A-3 차트 상에 15 bcm 아닐록스와 함께 플렉시프루퍼를 이용해서 도포되고 경화된 경우, 적어도 37 mN/m의 분산적 표면 에너지를 지니며, 20° 각도에서 55 초과의 광택 및 60° 각도에서 83 초과의 광택을 지니는 상부면을 생성하는, 프라이머 조성물.

- 제 1항의 프라이머 조성물을 포함하는 인쇄물.
- 경화된 프라이머층의 적어도 일부에 반사 금속성 잉크로 덧인쇄된, 제 1항의 프라이머 조성물을 포함하는 인쇄물.
- 제 14항 또는 제 15항에 있어서, 포장에 이용되는 인쇄물.
- 제 1항의 프라이머 조성물을 기재(substrate)에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는, 에너지 경화성 프라이머 조성물을 인쇄하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄하는 방법은 플렉소(flexo) 또는 그라비어(gravure)인, 방법.
- 광휘성의 금속성 코팅지 재료를 형성하는 방법으로서,
(a) 종이 재료의 종이 표면에 제 1항의 프라이머 조성물의 층을 도포하는 단계;
(b) 상기 프라이머의 층을 경화시켜 잉크 수용성 계면층을 생성하는 단계;
(c) 복수개의 반사성 입자를 포함하는 반사 금속성 잉크를 상기 경화된 프라이머층의 적어도 일부에 도포하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 금속성 잉크를 건조시켜, 상기 경화된 프라이머 상에 반사 금속성 잉크층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머 조성물은, 레네타 N2A-3 차트 상에 15 bcm 아닐록스와 함께 플렉시프루퍼를 이용해서 도포되고 경화된 경우, 적어도 37 mN/m의 분산적 표면 에너지를 지니고, 20° 각도에서 55 초과의 광택 및 60° 각도에서 83 초과의 광택을 지니는 상부면을 생성하는 방법.
