Abstract
Description
도 2. 재관류 후 폐 2의 우하엽(RLL) 및 좌하엽(LLL)의 대표적인 육안 외양. 비히클로 처리된 RLL이 부종 및 염증을 나타내는 반면, MSC로 처리된 LLL은 정상을 나타낸다.
도 3. 폐 5개 중 4개에서 및 전체적으로, 비히클로 처리된 RLL과 비교하여 MSC로 처리된 LLL에서 전체적인 염증의 상당한 감소를 증명하는 반정량적 점수화. 3명의 맹검 관찰자로부터의 통합 관찰의 평균±SD가 도시된다.
도 4a-b. 폐포 격벽 비대, 부종, 및 혈관주위 및 기관지주위 염증 세포 침윤물과 대조적으로 MSC로 처리된 LLL에서 최소 내지 유의미하지 않은 염증을 증명하는 폐 1의 대표적인 현미경사진. 오리지널 매그(Original Mag) 200X.

Claims (19)
- 수용자에게 이식하기 위한 조직을 준비하는 생체외 방법으로서, 조직을, 이식 전에, 외인성 줄기 세포에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 줄기 세포는 텔로머라제를 발현하는 비배아, 비생식 세포이고, 종양형성성이 아니고, 정상 핵형을 갖고, 골수 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다능성 성체 전구 세포(MAPC)인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 oct4를 발현하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 내배엽, 외배엽, 및 중배엽의 배엽층 중 둘 이상의 세포 유형으로 분화될 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 oct4를 발현하고, 내배엽, 외배엽, 및 중배엽의 배엽층 중 둘 이상의 세포 유형으로 분화될 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 내배엽, 외배엽, 및 중배엽의 배엽층의 세포 유형으로 분화될 수 있는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 인간의 줄기 세포인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 비-HLA 일치의, 동종이계(allogeneic) 세포인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 적어도 10∼40회의 세포 배증을 겪었거나 상기 줄기 세포가 적어도 30∼35회의 세포 배증을 겪은 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조직에 노출되는 줄기 세포의 농도가 1×106개 세포/㎖ 내지 10×106개 세포/㎖인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포를 2∼4 시간 동안 조직에 노출시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가, 조직 내로의 관류를 위한 유체 중에 또는 조직내 투여를 위한 담체 중에 포함되어 있거나, 상기 줄기 세포가, 이식 전에 조직을 침욕(bathe)하는 매질 중에 포함되어 있는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조직이 각막, 피부, 정맥, 동맥, 뼈, 힘줄 및 판막으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포에의 노출이 조직 내의 염증을 감소시키거나, 상기 줄기 세포에의 노출이 조직 내의 염증 세포의 발생을 감소시키거나, 상기 줄기 세포에의 노출이 조직 내의 허혈성 재관류 손상을 감소시키거나, 상기 줄기 세포에의 노출이 조직 내의 염증성 사이토카인을 감소시키는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 줄기 세포가 인간의 줄기 세포인 방법.
