Claims (7)
- 열가소성 수지와 보강섬유들을 포함하는 제1 UD 프리프레그;
상기 열가소성 수지와 상기 보강섬유들을 포함하고, 상기 제1 UD 프리프레그의 외주면 상에 감겨진 상태로 접합된 제2 UD 프리프레그;를 포함하고,
상기 제1 UD 프리프레그와 상기 제2 UD 프리프레그는, 상기 보강섬유들의 배향 방향이 서로 상이하고,
상기 제1 UD 프리프레그에는, 중공이 구비되고,
상기 보강섬유는 연속 보강섬유이며,
상기 중공의 직경 방향으로 하중을 가하는 굴곡물성 평가법을 이용하여 측정된 측정값들이 하기 1) 내지 4) 중 적어도 하나를 만족하는, 섬유강화 복합재:
1) 최대 굴곡하중이 2.5 kN 이상
2) 굴곡 연신위치가 9.5 mm 이상
3) 시험이 종료된 지점에서의 하중이 2.0 kN 이상
4) 시험이 종료된 지점엣의 하중 감소율이 28.0 % 이하

가열장치가 상기 제1 UD 프리프레그와 상기 제2 UD 프리프레그의 접합면을 추적하며, 상기 제1 UD 프리프레그와 상기 제2 UD 프리프레그의 경계면에 열을 가하여 국부적으로 가열하는
