Claims (23)
- 비수성 전해질 이차 전지용 전극 조립체로서,
하나 이상의 애노드, 하나 이상의 캐소드 및 상기 하나 이상의 애노드와 상기 하나 이상의 캐소드 사이에 삽입된 하나 이상의 세퍼레이터를 포함하며,
상기 전극 조립체의 수분 함량은, 상기 전극 조립체의 총 중량을 기준으로, 20 중량ppm 미만이고;
상기 하나 이상의 캐소드는 캐소드 집전체, 및 캐소드 물질, 바인더 물질 및 도전제를 포함하는 캐소드 전극층을 포함하며;
상기 하나 이상의 애노드는 애노드 집전체, 및 애노드 물질, 바인더 물질 및 도전제를 포함하는 애노드 전극층을 포함하고;
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 애노드 전극층 각각의 공극 부피가, 상기 캐소드 전극층 및 애노드 전극층 각각의 총 부피를 기준으로, 독립적으로 15% 이상, 35% 미만이며;
상기 세퍼레이터는, 180℃ 이상의 녹는점을 가지며, 비코팅된 미세다공성막 또는 세라믹 코팅된 미세다공성막이고, 여기서 상기 세퍼레이터의 세라믹 코팅은 세라믹 코팅된 미세다공성막의 외부 표면 상에만 존재하고;
상기 집전체는 호일의 형태이고;
상기 전극 조립체는 유기 용매를 포함하지 않고;
상기 하나 이상의 애노드는, 애노드 전극층 이외의 코팅을 포함하지 않는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층의 밀도 및 상기 애노드 전극층의 밀도가, 각각 독립적으로 1.0g/cm3 내지 6.5g/cm3인,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층의 밀도 및 상기 애노드 전극층의 밀도가, 각각 독립적으로 1.0g/cm3 내지 3.0g/cm3인,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층의 두께 및 상기 애노드 전극층의 두께가, 각각 독립적으로 1.0㎛ 내지 40㎛인,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층의 두께 및 상기 애노드 전극층의 두께가, 각각 독립적으로 1.0㎛ 내지 25㎛인,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 세퍼레이터가,
폴리아세탈, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리설폰, 폴리페닐렌 옥시드, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리에스테르, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리머 섬유로부터 만들어지는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 세퍼레이터가,
폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈렌, 폴리부틸렌 나프탈레이트 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리머 섬유로부터 만들어지는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터의 두께는 1.0㎛ 내지 40㎛인,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터의 두께는 1.0㎛ 내지 25㎛인,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 상기 애노드 전극층 내 각각의 상기 바인더 물질이,
스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴화 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 니트릴 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 아크릴 고무, 부틸 고무, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리에틸렌 옥시드, 클로로설폰화 폴리에틸렌, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐피리딘, 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 폴리에피클로로하이드린, 폴리포스파젠, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리스티렌, 아크릴 수지, 페놀 수지, 카복시메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부티레이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트, 시아노에틸셀룰로오스, 시아노에틸수크로스, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 알긴산 염, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드)-헥사플루오로프로펜 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 상기 애노드 전극층 내 각각의 상기 바인더 물질이,
플루오린 고무, 라텍스, 에폭시 수지, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리카복실레이트, 폴리카복시산, 폴리우레탄, 플루오르화 폴리머, 염소화 폴리머, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 상기 애노드 전극층 내 각각의 상기 바인더 물질은,
상기 캐소드 전극층 또는 상기 애노드 전극층 각각의 총 중량을 기준으로, 독립적으로 2 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 존재하는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 물질이,
LiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiNixMnyO2, Li1+zNixMnyCo1-x-yO2, LiNixCoyAlzO2, LiV2O5, LiTiS2, LiMoS2, LiMnO2, LiCrO2, LiMn2O4, LiFeO2, LiFePO4, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 독립적으로 선택되며,
상기 x 각각은 독립적으로 0.3 내지 0.8이고; 상기 y 각각은 독립적으로 0.1 내지 0.45이고; 상기 z 각각은 독립적으로 0 내지 0.2인,

카본 블랙, 흑연, 그래핀, 탄소 섬유, 흑연화 탄소 조각(graphitized carbon flake), 탄소 튜브, 활성탄(activated carbon), 메조포러스 탄소(mesoporous carbon) 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 애노드 전극층 내 상기 도전제가,
독립적으로 탄소인, 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 애노드 전극층 내 각각의 상기 도전제가,
팽창 흑연, 그래핀 나노플레이트렛(graphene nanoplatelet), 탄소 나노 섬유, 탄소 나노 튜브, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 애노드 전극층 내 각각의 상기 도전제가,
상기 캐소드 전극층 및 애노드 전극층 각각의 총 중량을 기준으로, 2 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 독립적으로 존재하는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 애노드 물질이,
천연 흑연 미립자, 합성 흑연 미립자, Sn 미립자, Li4Ti5O12 미립자, Si 미립자, Si-C 복합 미립자 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 캐소드 및 하나 이상의 애노드의 상기 집전체가,

상기 하나 이상의 애노드의 상기 집전체가 구리 박막인,

상기 전극 조립체 내 상기 애노드 및 상기 캐소드는,
상기 애노드 및 상기 캐소드의 총 중량을 기준으로,
20 중량ppm 미만의 수분 함량을 갖는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체 내 상기 세퍼레이터는,
상기 세퍼레이터의 총 중량을 기준으로,
20 중량ppm 미만의 수분 함량을 갖는,
전극 조립체. - 제1항의 전극 조립체를 포함하는,
리튬 전지.
