Claims (8)
- 좌우로 이동하는 컨베이어 벨트 프레임(311)과, 컨베이어 벨트 프레임에 감겨 좌우 이동 및 순환 회전하면서 압출물(EM)을 이송하는 컨베이어 벨트(312)와, 컨베이어 벨트 프레임(311)의 좌우 왕복 이동을 유도하도록 컨베이어 벨트 프레임에 설치되는 가이드 블록(313)가 구비되는 컨베이어 벨트부(31);
컨베이어 벨트의 회전을 가이드하도록 컨베이어 벨트의 하부 전후방에 수평으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 가이드 롤러(321,322)로 이루어진 가이드 롤러부(32);
컨베이어 벨트부가 순환 회전 및 좌우 이동하도록 컨베이어 벨트부에 구동력을 제공하는 구동부(33);
컨베이어 벨트부의 좌우 왕복 이동을 가이드하도록 그 하부에 설치되는 LM 가이드부(34);를 포함하며,
컨베이어 벨트(312)가 좌우로 왕복 이동 및 순환 회전하면서 압출물(EM)을 좌우나 중앙 어느 일측에 편향되지 않고 균일하게 배출하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 압출물 분배기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동부(33)는 컨베이어 벨트 프레임(311)의 소정 위치에 설치되어 컨베이어 벨트(312)가 순환 회전하도록 구동하는 제1구동모터(331);
컨베이어 벨트 프레임의 소정 위치에 설치되어 컨베이어 벨트 프레임(312)이 좌우 왕복 이동하도록 구동하는 제2구동모터(332);를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압출물 분배기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 순환 회전되는 컨베이어 벨트(312)가 탄력을 유지하도록 컨베이어 벨트 프레임(311)에 텐션 롤러(323)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 압출물 분배기. - 삭제
- 플라스틱 수지와 무기물 소재가 혼합된 원료를 용융 압출하여 압출물을 배출하는 압출기(1);
상하 소정 간격을 두고 대향되게 설치되어 회전 구동되는 상부벨트부(2A)와 하부벨트부(2B)로 이루어지고, 상부 및 하부벨트부 사이를 통과하는 압출물을 면 접촉에 의해 압착하는 벨트 프레스(2); 및
상기 압출기와 벨트 프레스 사이에 배치되고 좌우로 반복 요동하면서 압출물(EM)을 벨트 프레스 측을 향해 지그재그 형태로 공급 이송하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항의 압출물 분배기(3);를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합패널의 제조장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 벨트 프레스(2)를 이루는 상부벨트부(2A) 및 하부벨트부(2B)는,
전후 수평방향으로 배치되어 회전 구동되는 다수의 롤러(21a,21b,21c)(21d,21e,21f);
상기 롤러 외부둘레에 감겨 회전 구동되면서 그 사이를 통과하는 압출물(EM)을 면 접촉에 의해 압착하는 상부벨트(22a) 및 하부벨트(22b);
상기 상부 및 하부벨트의 내면 측에 접하여 설치되어 이들 벨트가 일정 궤적으로 회전 가능하게 가이드하는 가이드부(23a,23b)(24a,24b);
상기 가이드부에 부착되되 상부 및 하부벨트와 접촉하는 부분에 설치되어 상부 및 하부벨트가 원활하게 이동하도록 구성된 면베어링(25a)(25b)을 각각 포함하며,
상기 가이드부(23a,23b)(24a,24b)는 각각 상부벨트(22a) 및 하부벨트(22b)를 가열하도록 가열장치가 구비됨과 아울러 상기 상부벨트 및 하부벨트를 냉각하도록 냉각장치가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합패널의 제조장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 롤러(21a)와 롤러(21b)는 분배기(3)로부터 배출 유입되는 압출물(EM)을 압착하도록 상호 인접 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 복합패널의 제조장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 벨트 프레스(2)의 후단에 설치되어 상기 벨트 프레스로부터 배출되는 복합패널(CP)을 열처리하면서 재압착하는 제2벨트 프레스(4);를 더 포함하며,
상기 제2벨트 프레스는 상기 벨트 프레스와 동일 구조로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 복합패널의 제조장치.
