Claims (4)
- 전자 빔을 발생시키는 전자원과, 해당 전자 빔을 가속함과 함께 상기 전자 빔을 통과시키는 구멍을 갖는 애노드와, 해당 애노드의 구멍을 통과한 전자 빔을 통과시키는 통로를 형성하는 통 형상의 홀더 샤프트와, 해당 홀더 샤프트의 주위에 배치되어 상기 전자 빔을 수렴하는 자기 렌즈와, 상기 홀더 샤프트에 연결된 타깃 홀더와, 해당 타깃 홀더 내에 배치되어서 상기 전자 빔이 충돌하는 타깃과, 상기 타깃 홀더에 배치되어서 상기 타깃으로부터 발생한 X선을 외부로 취출하기 위한 조사 창을 갖는 X선관이며,
상기 홀더 샤프트는 내벽이 카본재로 형성되며,
상기 카본재는 열 이방성을 갖는 그래파이트이고, 양호 열전도 방향을 상기 홀더 샤프트의 축 방향으로 향하게 한 X선관. - 전자 빔을 발생시키는 전자원과, 해당 전자 빔을 가속함과 함께 상기 전자 빔을 통과시키는 구멍을 갖는 애노드와, 해당 애노드의 구멍을 통과한 전자 빔을 통과시키는 통로를 형성하는 통 형상의 홀더 샤프트와, 해당 홀더 샤프트의 주위에 배치되어 상기 전자 빔을 수렴하는 자기 렌즈와, 상기 홀더 샤프트에 연결된 타깃 홀더와, 해당 타깃 홀더 내에 배치되어서 상기 전자 빔이 충돌하는 타깃과, 상기 타깃 홀더에 배치되어서 상기 타깃으로부터 발생한 X선을 외부로 취출하기 위한 조사 창을 갖는 X선관이며,
상기 홀더 샤프트는 내벽이 카본재로 형성되며,
상기 홀더 샤프트의 내벽의 카본재는, 적어도 애노드측의 일부의 외벽을 비자성 또한 상기 카본재보다 고강도의 커버로 덮음과 함께 당해 커버를 개재하여 유지되는 X선관. - 삭제
