Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 알루미나, 실리카, 지르코니아, 티타니아, 및 이들의 원자 도핑된 조합물을 포함한 화학적 조합물 또는 물리적 혼합물을 함유하는 내화성 금속 산화물 지지체 상에 분산된 하나 이상의 하소된 백금족 금속 성분을 함유하는 워시코트가 배치된 벌집형 기재를 포함하고, 워시코트는 벌집형 기재 상에 배치되며, 백금족 금속 성분은 15 nm 내지 20 nm 범위의 평균 결정자 크기를 가져서, 배기 가스가 촉매화 벌집형 기재를 통해 유동할 때 NOx에 대한 NO2의 비율의 변동이 목표 값으로부터 ±5% 미만 만큼 최소화되는 NOx에 대한 NO2의 안정한 비율을 제공하는 것인,
NOx에 대한 NO2의 비율을 함유하는 희박 연소 엔진 배기 가스의 처리를 위한 촉매 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 벌집형 기재가 관통형 단일체(monolith) 또는 벽 유동형 단일체인 촉매 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 금속 성분이 2 초과, 또는 5 초과의 Pd에 대한 Pt의 중량 비율로 Pt 및 Pd, 또는 Pt를 포함하는 것인 촉매 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 물품을 제공하고,
750℃에서 20시간 동안의 O2/N2/증기 (10% O2, 10% 증기) 혼합물에서의 촉매화 벌집형 기재의 노화 후에, 희박 연소 엔진으로부터의 NOx를 함유하는 배기 가스를 촉매 물품을 통해 유동시켜, 목표 값으로부터 ±10% 미만 만큼 변동하는 NO2/NOx의 비율을 제공하는 것을 포함하는,
희박 연소 엔진으로부터의 배기 가스의 처리 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, NO2/NOx의 목표 값이 0.3 내지 0.6의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 벌집형 기재; 및
촉매화 벌집형 기재의 하류에 위치하는 선택적 촉매 환원 (SCR) 촉매
를 포함하는,
NOx를 함유하는 희박 연소 엔진 배기 가스 스트림으로부터의 오염물의 제거를 위한 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서, 벌집형 기재가 입구 단부 및 출구 단부를 가지며, 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 성분을 함유하는 워시코트가 기재의 입구 단부 상에 있고 SCR 촉매가 기재의 출구 단부 상에 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, SCR 촉매 및 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 성분을 함유하는 워시코트가 별개의 기재 상에 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 벌집형 기재가 SCR 촉매의 상류에 놓인 관통형 기재이고, 촉매화 매연 필터가 SCR 촉매의 하류에 위치하는 것인 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 벌집형 기재가 2개의 층을 보유하고, 그의 한 층이 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 성분을 함유하는 워시코트를 포함하고 그의 다른 한 층이 CO 및 HC 산화를 위해 설계된 DOC를 사용하는 것인 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 디젤 산화 촉매 및 촉매화 매연 필터가 SCR 촉매의 상류에 있고, 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 성분을 함유하는 워시코트가 또한 디젤 산화 촉매 및 촉매화 매연 필터 중 적어도 하나에 있는 것인 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 벌집형 기재가 관통형 디젤 산화 촉매의 사용 없이 SCR 촉매의 앞쪽에 놓인 벽 유동형 단일체를 포함하는 것인 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 벽 유동형 단일체가 입구 단부 및 출구 단부를 가지며, 입구 및 출구 단부에서 상이한 워시코트로 코팅되고, 상기 단부 중 하나가 하나 이상의 백금족 금속 성분을 함유하는 워시코트로 코팅된 것인 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, SCR 촉매가 벽 유동형 단일체 상에 있고, 촉매화 벌집형 기재가 관통형 기재인 시스템.
