Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 공기조화기는, 압축기, 실외열교환기, 팽창기구 및 실내열교환기를 포함하고, 상기 실외열교환기는, 냉매유로가 서로 구획된 복수의 단위 유로와, 상기 복수의 단위 유로 각각에 설치되어 난방운전시 상기 복수의 단위 유로 각각에서 액상 냉매 및 기상 냉매를 분리하는 분리수단을 포함하고, 상기 실외열교환기의 난방운전시의 출구와 상기 압축기의 입구를 연결하는 압축기 흡입유로와, 상기 분리수단 및 상기 압축기 흡입유로를 연결하여 난방운전시 상기 분리수단으로부터 분리된 기상 냉매를 상기 압축기 흡입유로로 바이패스하는 바이패스 배관을 더 포함한다.

Claims (15)
- 압축기, 실외열교환기, 팽창기구 및 실내열교환기를 포함하고,
상기 실외열교환기는,
냉매유로가 서로 구획된 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로;
상기 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로 각각의 중앙지점에 설치되어, 난방운전시 상기 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로 각각에서 액상 냉매 및 기상 냉매를 분리하는 분리수단;
상기 실외열교환기의 난방운전시의 출구와 상기 압축기의 입구를 연결하는 압축기 흡입유로;
상기 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로 각각에 설치된 분리수단 및 상기 압축기 흡입유로를 연결하여, 난방운전시 상기 분리수단으로부터 분리된 기상 냉매를 상기 압축기 흡입유로로 바이패스하는 바이패스 배관;
상기 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로의 일 측을 서로 병렬 연결하고, 난방운전시 상기 실외열교환기로 유입된 냉매를 상기 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로로 각각 유입시키는 제1 병렬 연결유로;
상기 제1 단위유로와 제2 단위유로를 서로 직렬 연결하고, 냉방운전시 상기 제1 단위유로를 통과한 냉매를 상기 제2 단위유로의 입구측으로 바이패스하는 직렬 연결유로;
상기 제1 단위유로와 상기 제2 단위유로의 타 측을 서로 병렬 연결하고, 난방운전시 상기 제1 단위 유로와 상기 제2 단위유로를 각각 통과한 냉매를 상기 실외열교환기 외부로 토출시키는 제2 병렬 연결유로;
상기 직렬 연결유로에 배치되고, 냉방운전시 상기 직렬 연결유로를 개방시키고, 난방운전시 상기 직렬 연결유로를 차단하는 직렬 연결밸브; 및
상기 제1 병렬 연결유로에 설치되고, 난방운전시 상기 제1 병렬 연결유로에 유입된 냉매 중 일부를 상기 제1 단위유로의 내부로 분배하는 제1 분배기;
상기 제1 병렬 연결유로에 설치되고, 난방운전 시 상기 제1 병렬 연결유로에 유입된 냉매 중 나머지 일부를 상기 제2 단위유로의 내부로 분배하는 제2 분배기를 포함하고,
상기 분리수단은,
상기 제1 단위유로에 구비된 복수의 냉매 배관 중 서로 이웃하는 두 개의 냉매 배관을 연결하는 제1 리턴배관; 및
상기 제2 단위유로에 구비된 복수의 냉매 배관 중 서로 이웃하는 두 개의 냉매 배관을 연결하는 제2 리턴배관을 포함하고,
상기 제1 리턴배관은 상기 제1 단위유로의 중앙지점에 위치하고,
상기 제2 리턴배관은 상기 제2 단위유로의 중앙지점에 위치하는 공기조화기.

상기 제2 병렬 연결유로에는,
냉방운전시 상기 제2 병렬 연결유로를 차단하고, 난방운전시 상기 제2 병렬 연결유로를 개방하는 병렬 연결밸브가 설치된 공기조화기. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 압축기 흡입유로는 액상 냉매 및 기상 냉매를 분리하는 어큐뮬레이터와, 상기 실외열교환기의 난방운전시의 출구 및 상기 어큐뮬레이터의 입구를 연결하는 제1 냉매 배관을 포함하고,
상기 바이패스 배관은 상기 분리수단 및 상기 제1 냉매 배관을 연결하는 공기조화기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 압축기 흡입유로는 액상 냉매 및 기상 냉매를 분리하는 어큐뮬레이터를 포함하고,
상기 바이패스 배관은 상기 분리수단 및 상기 어큐뮬레이터를 연결하는 공기조화기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실내열교환기의 난방운전시의 출구와 상기 팽창기구의 난방운전시의 입구를 연결하는 제2 냉매 배관에 설치되는 과냉각기를 더 포함하고,
상기 바이패스 배관은 상기 과냉각기를 경유하는 공기조화기. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 압축기 흡입유로는 상기 어큐뮬레이터의 출구 및 상기 압축기의 입구를 연결하는 압축기 입구배관을 더 포함하고,
상기 실내열교환기의 난방운전시의 출구와 상기 팽창기구의 난방운전시의 입구를 연결하는 제2 냉매 배관에 설치되는 과냉각기를 더 포함하고,
상기 어큐뮬레이터 및 상기 압축기 입구배관을 연결하고, 상기 과냉각기를 경유하는 보조 바이패스 배관을 더 포함하고,
상기 보조 바이패스 배관은 난방운전시 상기 어큐뮬레이터에서 분리된 액상 냉매를 상기 과냉각기를 경유하면서 기상 냉매로 변하게 하여 상기 압축기 입구배관으로 바이패스하는 공기조화기.
