Claims (5)
- 배관의 내부를 유동하는 유체에서 질량 유량을 측정하는 열식 질량 유량계로서,
히터와 상기 히터의 열을 감지하는 센서로 이루어진 제1 감지 부재,
상기 제1 감지 부재를 경유하여 유동하는 유체의 온도를 감지하는 제2 감지 부재,
상기 제1 감지 부재 및 제2 감지 부재에서 감지된 계측 값에서 노이즈를 제거하는 노이즈 제거 모듈,
상기 노이즈 제거 모듈에서 노이즈가 제거된 상기 제1 감지 부재 및 제2 감지 부재에서의 계측 값에 따라 상기 제1 감지 부재에 인가되는 전류량을 제어하는 제어 모듈을 포함하는 것이며,
상기 노이즈 제거 모듈은
상기 제1 감지 부재 및 제2 감지 부재에서의 계측 값을 각각 증폭하는 한 쌍의 버퍼, 상기 한 쌍의 버퍼에서 증폭된 계측 값을 디지털 신호로 변환하는 AD 변환기, 상기 AD 변환기에서의 디지털 신호의 입력 전압 레벨을 조정하는 레벨 시프터를 포함하는 것이고,
기준 전압에 따라 상기 제1 감지 부재 및 제2 감지 부재에 각각 전류를 인가하는 제1 및 제2 전류 구동기, 상기 제어 모듈에서 상기 제1 감지 부재에 전류를 인가하는 제3 전류 구동기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 질량 유량계. - 제1항에서,
상기 제어 모듈은 상기 제1 감지 부재에 인가되는 전류를 일정하게 제어하는 정전류 방식과 온도변화 요인이 있더라도 일정한 온도 값을 유지할 수 있도록 전류 값을 제어하는 정온법 방식 중의 어느 하나를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 질량 유량계. - 삭제

상기 제1 및 제2 전류 구동기는 +5V DC에 의해 구동되고,
