Abstract
웹 모양 인쇄 기재에 수성 잉크를 토출함으로써 화상 형성을 행하는 잉크젯 프린터로서, 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 연속적인 반송을 행하는 반송기구와, 상기 반송기구에 의해 반송되는 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 표면에 싱글패스 방식으로 수성 잉크를 토출하는 싱글패스 방식 잉크젯 헤드와, 상기 잉크젯 헤드보다도 반송의 상류측에 설치되어 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 적어도 표면을 가온하는 표면 사전가온부를 가지며, 상기 표면 사전가온부에서 가온된 웹 모양 인쇄 기재에 상기 잉크젯 헤드에 의한 화상 형성이 이루어지도록 했다.

도 2는 본 발명의 잉크젯 프린터에 이용되는 온풍 분사수단의 하나의 실시 형태를 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (4)
- 웹 모양 인쇄 기재에 대해서 수성 잉크를 토출하는 것에 의해 화상 형성을 행하는 수성 잉크용 잉크젯 프린터로서,
상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 연속적인 반송을 행하는 반송기구와,
상기 반송기구에 의해 수평방향으로 반송되는 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 표면에 대해서 싱글패스 방식으로 수성 잉크를 토출하는 각 색상의 싱글패스 방식 잉크젯 헤드와,
상기 각 색상의 잉크젯 헤드보다도 반송의 상류측에 설치되어, 상기 수평방향으로 반송되는 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 적어도 표면을 가온하는 각 색상 마다의 표면 사전가온부를 가지며,
상기 표면 사전가온부에서 가온된 웹 모양 인쇄 기재에 상기 잉크젯 헤드에 의한 화상 형성이 이루어 지도록 한 잉크젯 프린터이며,
상기 표면 사전가온부에 의한 가온이, 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 표면에 온풍을 맞히는 온풍 분사수단에 의해 가온되어 이루어지고,
상기 온풍 분사수단이, 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 폭 방향으로 걸친 슬릿 모양의 온풍 송풍구를 갖는 슬릿 모양 온풍 분사 노즐의 복수개가 서로 틈새를 형성하여 설치된 노즐군 본체와, 상기 노즐군 본체의 상기 형성된 틈새의 분위기를 흡인하는 흡인 기구를 갖는 구성으로 이루어지고, 상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재가 투명한 필름인 잉크젯 프린터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 웹 모양 인쇄 기재의 이면을 가온하는 이면 가온부를 더 마련한 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이면 가온부에 의한 가온이 온풍 분사수단 또는 핫 플레이트에 의해 가온되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린터.
- 제 1 항에 따른 잉크젯 프린터를 이용하여, 상기 잉크젯 프린터의 상기 표면 사전가온부에서 가온된 웹 모양 인쇄 기재에, 수성 잉크를 이용하여 상기 싱글패스 방식 잉크젯 헤드에 의한 싱글패스 방식의 화상 형성을 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 인쇄방법.
