Claims (11)
- 방사섬유를 멜트블로운 시키는 단계;
상기 멜트블로운된 방사섬유를 냉각 고화시키는 단계;
상기 냉각 고화된 방사섬유를 통해 섬유상 웹적층물을 형성하는 단계;
반응성 나노촉매입자 소취제를 포함하는 소취제 수용액에 상기 섬유상 웹적층물을 패딩하는 단계; 및
상기 소취제 수용액에 패딩된 섬유상 웹적층물을 건조하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 반응성 나노촉매입자 소취제는, Zr-MOF(UiO-66-BDC-NH2), Zr(OH)4, UiO-66, UiO-66-NH2, UiO-66-NHMe, UiO-66-NMe2, UiO-66-NO2, UiO-67, UiO-67-NH2, UiO-67-NHMe, UiO-67-NMe2, UiO-67-NO2, MOF-808 및 NU-1000로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 반응성 나노촉매입자 소취제를 포함하는 소취제 수용액에 상기 섬유상 웹적층물을 패딩하는 단계는, 1 bar 내지 3 bar의 망글(Mangle) 압력으로 수행되고,
화학작용제에 대한 흡착 및 분해 기능을 갖는, 유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사섬유는,
섬유 형성능을 가지는 열가소성 폴리프로필렌인 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 형성능을 가지는 열가소성 폴리프로필렌의 점도는,
용융지수(Melting Index) 400 g/10min 내지 1800 g/10min인 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사섬유를 멜트블로운 시키는 단계는,
235 ℃ 내지 275 ℃의 스핀빔 온도 조건에서 수행되는 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 멜트블로운된 방사섬유를 냉각 고화시키는 단계는,
240 ℃ 내지 280 ℃의 열풍 온도 조건 및 1.00 cmm 내지 2.00 cmm의 풍량 조건에서 수행되는 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사섬유를 멜트블로운 시키는 단계는, 방사구금을 통해 수행되는 것이고,
상기 냉각 고화된 방사섬유를 통해 섬유상 웹적층물을 형성하는 단계는, 컬렉터 롤러를 통해 수행되는 것이며,
상기 방사구금과 상기 멜트블로운된 방사섬유를 받는 상기 컬렉터 롤러와의 거리는, 400 mm 내지 800 mm인 것이고,
상기 컬렉터 롤러의 회전수는, 3 mpm 내지 7 mpm(meters per minute)인 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
- 삭제

상기 소취제 수용액의 농도는,
2.5 % 내지 20 %인 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.

상기 소취제 수용액에 패딩된 섬유상 웹적층물을 건조하는 단계는,
120 ℃ 내지 160 ℃의 온도 조건에서 수행되는 것인,

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 나노촉매입자 소취제를 포함하는 소취제 수용액은,
항균제를 더 포함하는 것인,
유해 화학물질제거용 멜트블로운 부직포 섬유 소재의 제조방법.
