Claims (9)
- 그래핀 방열 시트의 제조 방법에 있어서,
산화 그래핀을 제조하는 단계;
그래핀의 분산을 향상시킨 표면 개질 그래핀을 제조하는 단계;
상기 산화 그래핀 및 표면 개질 그래핀을 혼합한 혼합 재료를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합 재료를 이용하여 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 표면 개질 그래핀은 팽창 흑연을 분쇄하고, 상기 분쇄된 팽창 흑연을 산으로 처리하여 제작하고,
상기 산화 그래핀은 다층 구조를 이루고 각 층과 층 사이에 이러한 산소 작용기가 위치하고,
상기 표면 개질 그래핀은 상기 다층 구조의 각 층과 층 사이에 산소 작용기가 위치하지 않는 다층 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 방열 시트의 제조 방법. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산 처리는, 염산 처리, 질산 리플럭스, 피라나 용액 처리 및 암모니아수와 과산화수소를 이용한 처리 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 방열 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 그래핀의 함량은, 상기 산화 그래핀 대비 50 내지 80 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 방열 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 재료를 제조하는 단계는, 용매에 분산된 산화 그래핀과 용매에 분산된 표면 개질 그래핀을 서로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 방열 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 필름을 열처리하는 단계; 및
상기 필름을 압연하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 방열 시트의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 그래핀 방열 시트에 있어서,
산화 그래핀; 및
상기 산화 그래핀과 50 내지 80 wt%로 혼합된 표면 개질 그래핀을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 산화 그래핀은 다층 구조를 이루고 각 층과 층 사이에 이러한 산소 작용기가 위치하고,
상기 표면 개질 그래핀은 상기 다층 구조의 각 층과 층 사이에 산소 작용기가 위치하지 않는 다층 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 방열 시트.
