Claims (5)
- 서로 마주하는 한 쌍의 헤더 탱크,
상기 한 쌍의 헤더 탱크를 연결하는 복수의 튜브와 상기 튜브에 인접하게 배치되는 냉각 핀을 포함하는 코어, 그리고
상기 코어의 외측에 배치되는 보강 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 보강 플레이트는 바닥, 상기 바닥의 양측 단에서 각각 절곡되어 연장되는 한 쌍의 측벽, 그리고 나머지 부분보다 증가된 길이방향 변형률을 가지도록 형성되는 길이방향 변형률 증가부를 구비하며,
상기 길이방향 변형률 증가부는
상기 바닥의 폭방향 양측 단을 연결하도록 형성되는 X자 형상의 슬롯,
상기 슬롯의 양측 단에 각각 연결되는 상태로 상기 한 쌍의 측벽에 각각 형성되는 복수의 관통홀, 그리고
상기 측벽의 일부로서 상기 각각의 관통홀의 상측 부분을 둘러싸며 상기 보강 플레이트의 폭방향으로 휘어져 상기 보강 플레이트의 길이방향으로 변형 가능하도록 형성되는 복수의 변형 벽
