Abstract
이러한 본 발명은 고무와 PVC와 EVA를 포함하는 기재에 점착부여제와 충전제와 발포제와 가소제와 가교제 및 촉매제를 포함하는 첨가제를 일정비율로 혼합한 혼합수지조성물이 펠릿화를 위해 수중에서 커팅 가공된 후 발포 성형된 것으로서 펠릿화에 따른 다차원 매트릭스 구조를 보유하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 발휘하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 PVC와 EVA를 이용하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 갖는 발포체를 기술적 요지로 한다.

Claims (7)
- 고무와 PVC와 EVA를 포함하는 기재에 점착부여제와 충전제와 발포제와 가소제와 가교제 및 촉매제를 포함하는 첨가제를 일정비율로 혼합한 혼합수지조성물이 펠릿화를 위해 수중에서 커팅 가공된 후 발포 성형된 것으로서;
펠릿화에 따른 다차원 매트릭스 구조를 보유하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 발휘하는 것으로서;
상기 기재를 이루는 상기 고무와 상기 PVC와 상기 EVA는 20~50중량부와 40~50중량부와 10~30중량부로 각각 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVC와 EVA를 이용하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 갖는 발포체. - 삭제
- 고무와 PVC와 EVA를 포함하는 기재와, 점착부여제와 충전제와 발포제와 가소제와 가교제과 촉매제를 포함하는 첨가제를 일정비율로 혼련기에 투입하고 교반하여 혼합수지조성물을 조성하는 단계;
상기 혼합수지조성물을 압출하여 수중으로 일정크기와 형태로 커팅하여 혼합수지펠릿으로 가공하는 단계;
상기 혼합수지펠릿을 용융시켜 혼합용융수지로 가공하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합용융수지를 사출 성형하여 다차원 매트릭스 구조를 갖는 발포체의 제조를 완료하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 조성하는 단계에서는
상기 기재를 이루는 상기 고무는 20~50중량부, 상기 PVC는 40~50중량부, 상기 EVA는 10~30중량부로 각각 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVC와 EVA를 이용하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 갖는 발포체 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 혼합수지조성물을 조성하는 단계에서는
상기 기재와 상기 첨가제를 혼련기에 투입하여 80~100℃에서 10~30분 동안 교반하여 상기 혼합수지조성물을 조성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVC와 EVA를 이용하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 갖는 발포체 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 혼합용융수지로 가공하는 단계에서는
상기 혼합수지펠릿을 사출성형기의 인젝터에 투입하여 70~100℃에서 20~30분동안 용융시켜 상기 혼합용융수지로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVC와 EVA를 이용하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 갖는 발포체 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 발포체의 제조를 완료하는 단계에서는
상기 혼합용융수지를 사출프레스에 투입하여 160~180℃에서 5~10분 동안 사출 성형하여 상기 발포체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVC와 EVA를 이용하여 온도의존성이 저하된 댐핑성을 갖는 발포체 제조방법.
