Claims (6)
- (A) 목화 및 대마 섬유로 제조한 캔버스 원단을 준비하는 단계;
(B) 상기 원단의 일 측면에 폴리우레탄 방수 코팅을 하는 단계; 및
(C) 상기 폴리우레탄 방수 코팅이 된 반대 측면에 발수 처리된 이형지(release paper) 필름을 프레스를 이용하여 부착하고, 필름이 부착된 원단을 60도 내지 75℃에서 20 내지 30 시간동안 방치하여 안정화 시킨 후, 원단에서 이형지 필름을 분리함으로써 원단을 발수 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는, 양면 코팅 원단의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 (A) 단계는 (a-1) 대마 및 목화 섬유에 10 내지 20배 중량부의 정제수를 첨가하여 24시간 동안 불리는 단계;
(a-2) 불리는 과정이 끝난 목화 및 대마 섬유 재료를 80 내지 140℃에서 3 내지 4시간 가열하는 단계;
(a-3) 상기 목화 및 대마 섬유에 플라보르자임(Flavourzyme), 알칼라아제(Alcalase), 프로테아제(Protease) 및 뉴트라아제(Neutrase)로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 효소를 첨가하고, 25 내지 35℃에서 24 내지 48시간 동안 방치하는 전 처리 단계;
(a-4) 상기 전 처리 단계가 완료된 목화 섬유 250 중량부 및 대마 섬유(린넨) 250 중량부에 대하여, 미생물 혼합물 20 중량부를 첨가하여 30 내지 34℃에서 24 내지 48시간 동안 진탕 배양하여 숙성하는 단계; 및
(a-5) 생강(Zingiber officinale), 파슬리(Petroselinum crispum), 잣나무(Pinus koraiensis), 정향(Syzygium aromaticum), 세이지(Salvia officinalis), 타임(Thymus vulgaris), 로즈마리(Salvia rosmarinus), 대황(Eisenia bicyclis) 및 꼬시래기(gracilaria verrucosa)로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 천연물의 추출물을 처리하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조된 것인, 양면 코팅 원단의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 단계의 폴리우레탄 방수 코팅은,
폴리카보네이트 디올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 트리에틸아민 및 폴리실록산 및 디아이소시아네이트 화합물; 및
촉매인 디부틸틴디라우레이트(dibutyltin dilaurate, DBTDL) 및 난연제인 삼산화안티몬(SB2O3)을 추가로 더 포함하는 폴리우레탄 코팅용 조성물을
플로트나이프 또는 에어나이프로 70 내지 90 g/yds 두께로 도포하고, 130 내지 150℃로 75초간 열풍건조시킨 후, 130~170℃로 40초간 경화처리 함으로써 이루어지는 것인, 양면 코팅 원단의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 단계의 발수 처리된 이형지(release paper)를 이용하여 발수 처리하는 단계는,
이형지에 발수 처리용 레진을 130g/m2 내지 230g/m2의 양으로 도포하고, 130 내지 150℃의 온도에서 3 내지 10분동안 건조하여 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 발수 처리용 레진은 하이드로콜로이드 15중량부, 피로메트리산 13중량부, 노닐페놀에톡실레이트 7중량부, 히드록시프롤린 7중량부, 트리메틸벤질암모늄브로마이드 5중량부, 다이클로로다이메틸실란 5중량부 및 가교된 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리머 5 중량부를 포함하여 제조되는 것인, 양면 코팅 원단의 제조 방법. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 양면 코팅 원단.
- 제5항의 양면 코팅 원단을 이용하여 제조된, 가방.
