Claims (12)
- 복수의 섬유원단을 공급하는 단계;
상기 공급된 섬유원단에 바인더를 분사시키는 단계; 및
상기 바인더가 분사된 복수의 섬유원단을 압착 및 경화시키는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 섬유원단은 탄소섬유 및 일반섬유를 포함하는 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법으로서,
상기 제조된 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱은 상기 각각의 탄소섬유 및 일반섬유가 적층되어 있는 것이고,
상기 바인더는 상기 복수의 섬유원단 각각을 접착시키기 위해 첨가되는 것이며, 에폭시 수지, 제1 경화제 및 제2 경화제를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 에폭시 수지는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법:

(상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 수소, 할로겐 원소, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알콕시 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C10 알케닐이고,
R2는 수소, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알콕시 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C10 알케닐이고,
R3은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C10 알케닐이다.)

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 수소, 할로겐 원소, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C5 알킬, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C5 알콕시 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C5 알케닐이고,
R2는 수소, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C5 알킬 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C5 알케닐이고,
R3은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C5 알킬 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C5 알케닐인 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 수소 또는 할로겐 원소이고,
R2는 수소 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C5 알킬이고,
R3은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C5 알킬인 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 경화제는 4,4'-디아미노디페닐설폰(4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone, DDS)이고,
상기 제2 경화제는 프탈산 무수물(Phthalic acid anhydride)인 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 경화제의 함량은 상기 에폭시 수지 100 중량부 대비 25 중량부 내지 80 중량부이고,
상기 제2 경화제의 함량은 상기 에폭시 수지 100 중량부 대비 5 중량부 내지 20 중량부인 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압착은 롤러를 이용하여 수행되는 것이고,
상기 경화는 복수의 섬유원단에 열을 가하여 수행되는 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법은,
상기 바인더가 분사된 복수의 섬유원단을 압착 및 경화시키는 단계; 이후에,
상기 압착 및 경화를 통해 제조된 탄소섬유강화플라스틱을 권취시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱의 제조방법.
- 복수의 섬유원단을 공급하는 섬유 공급부;
상기 공급된 섬유원단에 바인더를 분사시키는 바인더 분사부; 및
상기 바인더가 분사된 복수의 섬유원단을 압착 및 경화시키는 가공부;
를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 섬유원단은 탄소섬유 및 일반섬유를 포함하는 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱 제조장치로서,
상기 제조장치를 이용하여 제조된 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱은 상기 각각의 탄소섬유 및 일반섬유가 적층되어 있는 것이고,
상기 바인더는 상기 복수의 섬유원단 각각을 접착시키기 위해 첨가되는 것이며, 에폭시 수지, 제1 경화제 및 제2 경화제를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 에폭시 수지는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱 제조장치:

R1은 수소, 할로겐 원소, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알콕시 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C10 알케닐이고,
R2는 수소, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬, 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알콕시 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C10 알케닐이고,
R3은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C1-C10 알킬 또는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 C2-C10 알케닐이다.)
- 제1항의 제조방법을 통해 제조된 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱 전체 중량 대비 상기 탄소섬유의 중량은 30 wt% 내지 100 wt%인 것인 적층형 탄소섬유강화플라스틱.
