상기 무기 바인더는 액상의 규산소다 10~30 중량%, 열경화성 수지 10~30 중량%, 실리카 5~20 중량%, 중탄산나트륨 5~15 중량%, 이소시아네이트 3~10 중량%, 무기 난연재 1~10 중량%, 내수성 향상 첨가제 1~5 중량%, 붕산 0.5~5 중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 0.5~5 중량%, 산화마그네슘 0.5~5 중량%, 글리옥살 0.5~3 중량% 및 물 30~50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 내외장재의 열반사용 부직포 및 이로 부터 제조된 내외장재용 보드에 의해 달성될 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 부직포 원단에 열반사 불연액이 코팅되고,
상기 열반사 불연액은 무기 바인더 20~50중량%, 알루미늄 페이스트 또는 알루미늄 분말 5~40중량%, 물 3~35중량%, 에어로겔 1~8중량%, 점토 1~8중량% 및 블랙 안료 0.1~1중량%를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 열반사 불연액이 코팅된 부직포는 건축물 내외벽용 단열재층(110)의 일면 이상에 적층되고,
상기 무기 바인더는 액상의 규산소다 10~30 중량%, 열경화성 수지 10~30 중량%, 실리카 5~20 중량%, 중탄산나트륨 5~15 중량%, 이소시아네이트 3~10 중량%, 무기 난연재 1~10 중량%, 내수성 향상 첨가제 1~5 중량%, 붕산 0.5~5 중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO) 0.5~5 중량%, 산화마그네슘 0.5~5 중량%, 글리옥살 0.5~3 중량% 및 물 30~50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 내외장재의 열반사용 부직포. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 미세공극이 형성된 폴리에스테르 원단으로 이루어지고,
상기 건축물 내외벽용 단열재층(110)는 발포 폴리스티렌, 발포 폴리프로필렌, 발포 폴리에틸렌 발포체, 발포 폴리우레탄, 또는 발포 폴리이소시아누레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 내외장재의 열반사용 부직포. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 따른 건축물의 내외장재의 열반사용 부직포가 건축물 내외벽용 단열재층(110)의 외측의 일면 이상에 일체로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 내외장재용 보드.
