Claims (8)
- 하우징(14) 및 상기 하우징(14)의 가이드 리세스(19) 내에 배치된 축 방향으로 이동 가능한 밸브 스풀(20)을 포함하는 스풀 밸브(10)로서,
상기 하우징(14)은 적어도 하나의 방사방향 공급 연결부(22), 상기 공급 연결부로부터 축 방향으로 이격된 방사방향 배출 연결부(24), 및 단부 측 작동 연결부(26)를 포함하고,
상기 가이드 리세스(19)는 상기 공급 연결부(22)에 연결된 적어도 하나의 제 1 제어 개구(28), 상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 제어 개구로부터 축 방향으로 이격되며 상기 배출 연결부(24)에 연결된 제 2 제어 개구(30), 및 상기 2개의 개구들 사이에 축 방향으로 배치되며 상기 작동 연결부(26)에 연결된 제 3 제어 개구(32)를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 제어 개구들(28, 30)은 상기 밸브 스풀(20) 상에서 제 1 및 제 2 제어 섹션(34, 36)과 유압적으로 협력할 수 있고,
상기 하우징(14) 내에, 부분적으로 축 방향으로 연장하는 연결 채널(40)이 존재하고, 상기 연결 채널(40)은 상기 제 3 제어 개구(32)를 상기 작동 연결부(26)에 연결하는, 상기 스풀 밸브에 있어서,
상기 하우징(14)은 플라스틱으로 제조된 섹션(38)을 포함하며, 상기 섹션(38) 내에 상기 연결 채널(40)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(14)은 금속으로 제조된 스풀 슬리브(18)를 포함하고, 상기 스풀 슬리브(18) 내에 상기 가이드 리세스(19) 및 상기 제어 개구들(28, 30, 32)이 형성되며, 상기 스풀 슬리브(18)는 플라스틱으로 성형됨으로써, 플라스틱으로 제조된 섹션(38)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(14)은 방사방향 외부의 케이싱 부품(16)을 포함하고, 상기 케이싱 부품은 플라스틱으로 제조된 섹션(38) 상에 가압되며, 상기 케이싱 부품에는 상기 공급 연결부(22), 상기 배출 연결부(24) 및 상기 작동 연결부(26)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱 부품(16)은 연결부(22, 24, 26)에 할당된 적어도 하나의 체(17)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 스풀(20)은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 스풀 측 제어 섹션(34, 36)의 각각의 영역 내에서 동일한 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 채널(40)은 적어도 2개의 축 방향으로 연장하는 부분 채널들(40a, 40b)을 포함하고, 상기 부분 채널들(40a, 40b)은 상기 스풀 밸브(10)의 방사방향 연결부들(22, 24) 중 적어도 하나에 대해 90도의 방사 방향 각으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 축 방향으로 연장하는 부분 채널들(40a, 40b)은 적어도 부분적으로 활꼴형 또는 낫형 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스풀 밸브가 전자기적으로 작동될 수 있고, 상기 밸브 스풀(20)은 한편으로는 축 방향으로 작용하는 압축 스프링(42)에 의해 그리고 다른 한편으로는 전자기력에 의해 축 방향으로 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀 밸브.
