도 1은 종래기술에 따른 배터리 팩의 구성을 도시한 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 공냉식 배터리 팩의 구성을 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 2의 A에 대한 부분 확대 사시도이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 슬라이더가 좀더 삽입된 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5는 도 2의 B에 대한 부분 확대 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 5에서 스토퍼가 고정부에 걸린 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 복수개의 셀들이 적층되어 있는 셀 어셈블리;
상기 셀 어셈블리에 접촉하도록 배치되고 내부에는 냉각 공기를 이동시킬 수 있는 공기 통로가 형성되어 있는 에어 덕트;
상기 에어 덕트에 길이방향으로 연장되게 형성되어 있는 체결홈; 및
상기 셀들의 관리를 위한 BMS를 구비하고 상기 체결홈에 슬라이딩으로 삽입되는 슬라이더에 의해 상기 에어 덕트에 조립되는 BMS 플레이트;를 포함하며,
상기 슬라이더는 상기 BMS 플레이트의 양 가장자리단에 각각 마련되고,
상기 체결홈은 상기 에어 덕트의 상부에 구비되며,
상기 에어 덕트의 상단면에는 길이방향으로 연장된 가이드 리브가 상기 에어 덕트와 일체로 형성되고,
상기 체결홈은 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상이고 개구부가 팩의 안쪽을 향하게 상기 가이드 리브에 형성되며,
상기 슬라이더는,
상기 체결홈에 끼워질 수 있는 바 형태로서, 상기 BMS 플레이트의 길이 방향으로 연장되게 형성되며,
상기 슬라이더는 삽입 진행방향의 반대방향으로 가면서 점진적으로 두께가 증가하는 구배 구조를 가지며,
상기 구배 구조는, 상기 슬라이더의 후미 부분에 위치하는 공냉식 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에어 덕트는 상기 셀 어셈블리의 양편 에지부에 각각 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 공냉식 배터리 팩. - 삭제

홀 또는 홈 구조의 고정부; 및
상기 BMS 플레이트의 일부에 플라스틱 소재로 구비되어 상기 슬라이더의 삽입이 완료된 상태에서 상기 고정부에 체결되는 후크 구조의 스토퍼;를 더 포함하는 공냉식 배터리 팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 에어 덕트의 내부에는 트러스 구조물이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 공냉식 배터리 팩.
