Claims (10)
- 서로 이격되어 배치된 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극;
소스 전극 및 드레인 전극 사이의 채널로서, 표적 분석물(target analyte)에 의하여 전기저항값이 변할 수 있는, 감지막;
감지막과 이격되어 배치된 게이트 전극;
감지막 상에 배치되되 표적 분석물을 함유하는 액상의 생체시료를 수용할 수 있으며, 표적 분석물만 하부로 통과할 수 있는 물질로 구성된, 표면 필터막; 및
표적 분석물을 함유하는 액상의 생체시료를 수용할 수 있는 제1 공간을 확보하도록 표면 필터막의 테두리를 지지하는 월 구조체;
를 포함하되,
표면 필터막과 감지막 사이에 표적 분석물을 수용할 수 있는 제2 공간을 확보하도록, 표면 필터막이 감지막 상에 이격 배치되며,
제1 공간과 제2 공간이 구분되어 상하로 이격되면서 적층 배열되며,
감지막은 인듐(In) 원소를 포함하는 반도체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는,
