Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량 전복 방지 장치는, 주행 경로 상의 커브길 존재를 판단하는 제1 판단부와, 차량의 전복 위험도를 판단하는 제2 판단부와, 차량의 전복 위험도 판단 시에 커브길 진입 전 ABS(anti-lock brake system) 장치를 제어하여 차량의 속도를 감속하는 ABS 제어부를 포함한다.
Description
도 2는 도 1의 차량 전복 방지 장치 중 제어부의 상세 구성을 개략적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 도 2의 제어부가 차량의 전복 위험도 판단을 개략적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량 전복 방지 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.

Claims (2)
- 주행 경로 상의 커브길 존재를 판단하는 제1 판단부;
차량의 전복 위험도를 판단하는 제2 판단부; 및
상기 차량의 전복 위험도 판단 시에 상기 커브길 진입 전 ABS(anti-lock brake system) 장치를 제어하여 상기 차량의 속도를 감속하는 ABS 제어부;를 포함하고,
출발지부터 목적지까지의 상기 주행 경로와 상기 차량의 위치 정보를 생성하는 네비게이션 장치;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 판단부는, 상기 네비게이션 장치가 제공하는 상기 주행 경로를 수신하고,
상기 제2 판단부는, 상기 차량의 무게 중심 높이 및 상기 차량의 좌우측 타이어 간격을 기반으로 상기 차량의 전복 가속도를 산출하고, 상기 산출된 상기 차량의 전복 가속도 및 상기 제1 판단부로부터 수신한 상기 주행 경로 상에 위치하는 커브길의 곡률반경 곱의 제곱근을 계산하여 전복 기준 속도를 산출한 후, 상기 산출된 전복 기준 속도와 상기 차량의 현재 속도를 비교하여 상기 차량의 전복 위험도를 판단하고,
상기 ABS 제어부는, 상기 커브길 진입 전 상기 ABS 장치를 제어하여 상기 차량의 속도를 상기 전복 기준 속도 이하로 감속시키는, 안티록 브레이크 시스템 제어 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 전복 위험도 판단 시에 상기 커브길 진입 전, 경보를 발생하는 경보부의 동작을 개시하는 경보 제어부;를 더 포함하는, 안티록 브레이크 시스템 제어 장치.
