Claims (4)
- 조명, 공조 장치가 내장된 UV 살균 천장(UV Sterilizer ceiling);
원하는 목적층까지 안내 및 운전하는 제어 패널(Control Operate Panel);
손잡이 역할 및 벽면을 보호하는 핸드레일;을 포함하되,
상기 UV 살균 천장은 자외선과 플라즈마를 이용하여 살균하고, 접촉-Catalytic 원리를 사용하는 광촉매 기능을 갖고,
자외선 살균 램프와 플라즈마 살균이온모듈을 제어하는 PLC 제어부는 전원이 미리 인가되어 예열되도록, 일정 시간 후에 일정 시간 동안 전원을 위상 제어 방식으로 자외선과 플라즈마 생성이 완료된 시점 사이에 일정 시간 동안 통풍용 인버터 모터를 온 시키며, 살균이 완료된 시점에서 일정 시간이 지나서 전원을 오프시키며, 상기 PLC 제어부는 위상 제어부의 위상제어 방법을 사용하여 통풍용 인버터 모터를 위상 제어 방식에 따라 살균 시작 또는 완료 시점 보다 일정 시간 전/후에 온/오프 동작시킴으로써 시간적 변화에 따라 통풍용 인버터 모터의 회전수를 전환이 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 상기 PLC 제어부는 살균 장치의 통풍용 인버터 모터들의 최대 출력값을 다단계로 제한하여, 전력량을 조정하여, 통풍용 인버터 모터를 일정 단계로 제어하는 TPR(Thyristor Power Regulator)를 사용하고,
상기 통풍용 인버터 모터들은 핸드레일 방향으로 향해 있어 살균체들이 바람을 따라 특정 부위를 집중하여 살균을 할 수 있으며, 다수개의 방향 전환 통풍용 인버터 모터를 포함하는 경우 사람을 인식하는 센서를 통해 제어부가 사람이 존재하지 않는 부분과 존재하는 부분을 구분하여 살균 세기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선과 플라즈마를 이용한 공기살균기가 적용된 엘리베이터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 UV 살균 천장은,
자외선 인공파장의 생성 수단으로 UV-C(단파)의 253.7㎚ 자외선을 이용한 자외선 살균 램프;
플라즈마를 이용하여 살균하는 플라즈마 살균이온모듈;
접촉-Catalytic 원리를 사용하는 광촉매 필터(Photo-catalyst Filter)인 UV-C 필터;
상기 자외선 살균 램프와 플라즈마 살균이온모듈에 안정된 전원을 공급하기 위하여 사용되는 UV-CONVERTOR;를 포함하는 자외선과 플라즈마를 이용한 공기살균기가 적용된 엘리베이터. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엘리베이터에는 항균 핸드레일, 벽체 오염 전파 방지를 위해, PE, PP, PET, ABS, 및 PC 중 하나로 이루어진 고분자 필름에 은나노 복합체 코팅 또는 첨가를 통해 항균성과 살균성, 내 스크레치성을 확보한 살균 보호필름을 적용하여 터치패널, 평판 및 굴곡진 내부까지 청결 유지가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선과 플라즈마를 이용한 공기살균기가 적용된 엘리베이터.
