Claims (7)
- 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물에 있어서, (1) 화학식 1로 표시되는 다가알코올, 가교제, 사슬연장제, 화학식 2로 표시되는 반응성 폴리올, 자외선 방지제, 착색제를 포함하는 주제부; (2) 프레폴리머 경화제, 화학식 4로 표시되는 폴리에테르폴리올(polyetherpolyol), 반응안정제를 포함하는 경화제부;를 가지며, 상기 주제부와 경화제는 중량비를 기준으로 3: 1 내지 1: 3으로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물.

상기 화학식 4에서 n 은 1 내지 30의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주제부는 화학식 1로 표시되는 다가알코올 30 내지 90부, 중량부, 가교제 5내지 50중량부, 사슬연장제 2 내지 20중량부, 화학식 2로 표시되는 반응성 폴리올 2 내지 20중량부, 자외선 방지제 0.1 내지 3중량부, 착색제 0.5 내지 3중량부를 포함하며,
상기 경화제부는 프레폴리머 경화제 50 내지 95중량부, 화학식4 로 표시되는 폴리에테르폴리올 5 내지 50중량부, 반응안정제 0.01 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물.

상기 주제부에 공지의 첨가제인 부착증진제, 계면활성제, 흡습제, 점도조절제, 표면평활제, 산화방지제, 동결방지제, 침강방지제, 소포제에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경화제부는 폴리카보네이트는 2 내지 20중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물.
- 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물을 도포하기 위하여 (1) 대상 구조물의 표면의 이물질이나 파편을 제거하기 위한 고압 세척단계; (2) 상기 세척된 대상 구조물의 표면에 프라이머 처리하는 단계; (3) 상기 프라이머 처리된 표면에 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물을 도포하는 단계; 및 (4) 상기 도포된 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물을 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물의 시공방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (3)의 도포단계는 25 내지 45(℃)의 온도에서 100 내지 1500(psi)의 압력으로 뿜칠하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물의 시공방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 친환경 하이브리드 폴리우레아수지계 도료조성물을 도포하여 형성하는 도막이 있어서, 상기 도막의 두께는 0.3 내지 10mm를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막.
