Abstract
Description
도 2a 및 2b는 각각 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 그래핀-활성탄 복합체(도 2a) 와 활성탄(도 2b)의 시차주사현미경(SEM) 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 그래핀-활성탄 복합체의 분체 저항 그래프로서, 저항감소 특성을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있다.
도 4a 및 4b는 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 그래핀-활성탄 복합체 및 활성탄의 전기적 특성을 나타내는 그래프로서, 도 4a는 전류밀도에 따른 전류용량의 특성을 나타내는 그래프이고, 도 4b는 전류 밀도에 따른 보존용량(retention) 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 그래핀-활성탄 복합체와 활성탄을 각각 포함하도록 제조된 리튬 이차전지의 충·방전 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6a 및 6b는 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 그래핀-활성탄 복합체와 활성탄을 각각 포함하도록 제조된 리튬 이차전지의 100 사이클 특성과(6a), 용량 보존율과 쿨롱효율(6b)을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 그래핀-활성탄 복합체를 포함하도록 제조된 리튬 이차전지의 전류밀도에 따른 방전용량을 나타낸 그래프이다.

- 그래핀-활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법으로서,
그래핀 옥사이드를 제조하는 단계;
활성탄과 상기 그래핀 옥사이드를 용매에 분산시켜 분무 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 분무 용액을 액적으로 분무시키는 단계; 및
상기 액적에 열을 가하여 그래핀층으로 코팅된 활성탄을 포함하는 그래핀-활성탄 복합체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 그래핀-활성탄 복합체는, 코어로서 활성탄을 포함하고, 쉘로서 그래핀층을 포함하며, 이웃한 활성탄 사이를 그래핀이 연결하는 구조이고, 구형을 가지는, 그래핀-활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 분무 용액 내에서, 상기 활성탄과 그래핀 옥사이드는 1:1 내지 1:10의 중량비율로 포함되는, 그래핀-활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액적 분무 단계는 100 ~ 300℃ 범위의 온도 조건하에서 49 ~ 245 kPa의 스프레이 압력 및 분산액의 공급속도 150 ~ 1700 ml/hr으로 수행되는, 그래핀-활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액적에 열을 가하는 단계는 분당 5 ~ 20℃의 승온속도로 가온하여 800 ~ 2000℃ 범위 내에서 50분 내지 640분 동안 수행되는, 그래핀-활성탄 복합체의 제조 방법.
