Abstract
본 방법은 하기 기재되는 바와 같은 단계 a) 내지 d) 를 포함한다:
a) 물 중의 하나 이상의 계면활성제의 용액 내에 분산된 거친 입자의 형태로 화학식 I 의 화합물을 함유하는 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 단계;
b) 화학식 I 의 화합물의 슬러리 내의 거친 입자를 분쇄하여 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 현탁액을 수득하는 단계, 화학식 I 의 화합물의 입자는 광 산란에 의해 측정된 바와 같이, 3 내지 10 μm 의 범위의 부피 평균 입자 크기를 가짐;
c) 단계 b) 의 현탁액을 20 내지 95℃ 의 범위의 온도에서 유지하는 단계,
d) 단계 c) 의 현탁액을 추가의 분쇄에 적용하여 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 현탁액을 수득하는 단계, 화학식 I 의 화합물의 입자는 광 산란에 의해 측정된 바와 같이, 3 μm 미만의 부피 평균 입자 크기를 가짐.

Claims (17)
- 하나 이상의 계면활성제 및 물을 함유하는, 미세 입자의 형태로의 하기 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법으로서;
하기 단계를 포함하는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법:
a) 물 중의 하나 이상의 계면활성제의 용액 내에 분산된 거친 입자의 형태로 화학식 I 의 화합물을 함유하는 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 슬러리를 제공하는 단계;
b) 화학식 I 의 화합물의 슬러리 내의 거친 입자를 분쇄하여 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 현탁액을 수득하는 단계로서, 화학식 I 의 화합물의 입자는 광 산란에 의해 측정된 바와 같이, 3 내지 10 μm 의 범위의 부피 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 단계;
c) 단계 b) 의 수성 현탁액을 20 내지 95℃ 의 범위의 온도에서 유지하는 단계,
d) 단계 c) 의 수성 현탁액을 분쇄에 적용하여 화학식 I 의 화합물의 수성 현탁액을 수득하는 단계로서, 화학식 I 의 화합물의 입자는 광 산란에 의해 측정된 바와 같이, 3 μm 미만의 부피 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 가 화학식 I 의 화합물의 입자의 부피 평균 직경을 3 내지 5 μm 의 범위로 달성하기 위해 수행되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 에서의 거친 입자의 분쇄가 50℃ 이하, 또는 5 내지 40℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 동안 수성 현탁액 중의 화학식 I 의 화합물의 농도가 수성 현탁액의 총 중량에 대해, 5 내지 50 중량%, 또는 8 내지 40 중량% 인, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다량의 계면활성제가 단계 b) 를 수행하기 전에 존재하는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 동안 수성 현탁액 중의 하나 이상의 계면활성제의 농도가 수성 현탁액의 총 중량에 대해, 1 내지 30 중량%, 또는 2 내지 20 중량% 인, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 b) 에서 수득된 수성 현탁액이 단계 c) 에서 적어도 0.5 시간 동안 25 내지 90 ℃ 의 범위의 온도에서 유지되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 c) 가, 화학식 I 의 화합물의 적어도 50 % 또는 적어도 70 % 가, 25℃ 및 Cu-Kα 방사에서의 X 선 분말 회절도에서, 2θ 값으로서 제시되는, 하기 반사 중 3 개 이상을 나타내는 이의 결정성 형태 Y 로 존재할 때까지 수행되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법: 9.7 ± 0.2°, 10.3 ± 0.2°, 11.3 ± 0.2°, 14.0 ± 0.2°, 15.5 ± 0.2°, 16.4 ± 0.2°, 17.6 ± 0.2°.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 c) 가 교반하면서 수행되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 d) 가 50℃ 이하, 또는 5 내지 40℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 I 의 화합물이 단계 a) 에서 화학식 I 의 화합물의 C1-C4-알킬 벤젠과의 결정성 용매화물의 형태로 사용되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 하나 이상의 음이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 음이온성 계면활성제가 다수의 SO3 - 기를 갖는 하나 이상의 음이온성 중합체성 계면활성제를 포함하는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 다수의 SO3 - 기를 갖는 음이온성 중합체성 계면활성제가 나프탈렌 설폰산 포름알데히드 축합물의 염, 알킬나프탈렌 설폰산 포름알데히드 축합물의 염 및 나프탈렌 설폰산 포름알데히드 우레아 조-축합물의 염으로부터 선택되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 추가로 하나 이상의 비-이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 비-이온성 계면활성제가 폴리(C2-C4)알킬렌옥시드 중합체로부터 선택되고, 비-이온성 계면활성제가 적어도 12 의 HLB 를 갖는 폴리(에틸렌옥시드-코-프로필렌옥시드) 중합체로부터 선택되는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형이 하기 성분을 함유하는, 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 제조 방법:
a) 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 총 중량에 대해, 1 내지 30 중량% 의 화학식 I 의 살충제 화합물;
b1) 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 총 중량에 대해, 0.1 내지 20 중량% 의 하나 이상의 음이온성 계면활성제,
b2) 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 총 중량에 대해, 0.1 내지 20 중량% 의 하나 이상의 비-이온성 계면활성제,
c) 수성 현탁액 농축물 제형의 총 중량에 대해, 40 내지 98.8 중량% 의 물.
