상기 제 1 도전층, 상기 유전체층, 상기 제 2 도전층 및 상기 기재는, 상기 시인측 편광판보다 상기 커버층측에 위치하고,
상기 제 1 도전층은, 상기 기재의 한쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 유전체층은, 상기 제 1 도전층의 상기 기재측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 제 2 도전층은, 상기 유전체층의 상기 제 1 도전층측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,

상기 제 1 도전층은, 상기 시인측 편광판의 한쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 유전체층은, 상기 제 1 도전층의 상기 시인측 편광판측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 제 2 도전층은, 상기 유전체층의 상기 제 1 도전층측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성된
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널이, 액정 패널인 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 표시 패널과 커버층의 사이에, 원 편광판과, 정전 용량식 터치 센서를 구성하는 제 1 도전층, 유전체층 및 제 2 도전층을 갖는 적층체를 구비하고,
상기 원 편광판은, 기재와, 편광판을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 도전층, 상기 유전체층, 상기 제 2 도전층 및 상기 기재는, 상기 편광판보다 상기 표시 패널측에 위치하고,
상기 제 1 도전층은, 상기 기재의 한쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 유전체층은, 상기 제 1 도전층의 상기 기재측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 제 2 도전층은, 상기 유전체층의 상기 제 1 도전층측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 기재는, λ/4의 위상차를 갖는 광학 필름을 갖고,
상기 편광판은, 편광 필름을 갖고,
적층 방향에서 볼 때, 상기 광학 필름의 지상축과, 상기 편광 필름의 투과축의 교차각이 45°±5°인
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 도전층이, 상기 기재의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 형성되어 있고,
상기 편광 필름이, 상기 편광판의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 위치하고,
상기 기재가, 상기 편광 필름의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 접합되어 있는
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 표시 패널과 커버층의 사이에, 원 편광판과, 정전 용량식 터치 센서를 구성하는 제 1 도전층, 유전체층 및 제 2 도전층을 갖는 적층체를 구비하고,
상기 원 편광판은, 기재와, 편광판을 포함하고,
상기 기재는, 상기 편광판보다 상기 표시 패널측에 위치하고,
상기 제 1 도전층은, 상기 편광판의 한쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 유전체층은, 상기 제 1 도전층의 상기 편광판측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 제 2 도전층은, 상기 유전체층의 상기 제 1 도전층측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 기재는, λ/4의 위상차를 갖는 광학 필름을 갖고,
상기 편광판은, 편광 필름을 갖고,
적층 방향에서 볼 때, 상기 광학 필름의 지상축과 상기 편광 필름의 투과축의 교차각이 45°±5°인
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 도전층이, 상기 편광판의 상기 커버층측의 표면에 형성되어 있고,
상기 편광 필름이, 상기 편광판의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 위치하고,
상기 기재가, 상기 편광 필름의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 접합되어 있는
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름이, 역 파장 분산 특성을 갖는 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 표시 패널과 커버층의 사이에, 원 편광판과, 정전 용량식 터치 센서를 구성하는 제 1 도전층, 유전체층 및 제 2 도전층을 갖는 적층체를 구비하고,
상기 원 편광판은, 편광판과, 상기 편광판보다 상기 표시 패널측에 위치하는 기재와, 상기 편광판과 상기 기재의 사이에 위치하는 편광판측 기재를 포함하고,
상기 편광판은, 편광 필름을 갖고,
상기 기재는, λ/4의 위상차를 갖는 광학 필름을 갖고,
상기 편광판측 기재는, λ/2의 위상차를 갖는 다른 광학 필름을 갖고,
상기 제 1 도전층은, 도전층 피형성 부재의 한쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 유전체층은, 상기 제 1 도전층의 상기 도전층 피형성 부재측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 제 2 도전층은, 상기 유전체층의 상기 제 1 도전층측과는 반대쪽의 표면에 형성되고,
상기 도전층 피형성 부재가, 상기 기재, 상기 편광판측 기재 또는 상기 편광판인
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 편광 필름이, 상기 편광판의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 위치하고,
상기 편광판측 기재가, 상기 편광 필름의 상기 표시 패널측의 표면에 접합되어 있는
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,
적층 방향에서 볼 때,
상기 광학 필름의 지상축과 상기 편광 필름의 투과축의 교차각이 75°±5°이고,
상기 다른 광학 필름의 지상축과 상기 편광 필름의 투과축의 교차각이 15°±5°인
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,
적층 방향에서 볼 때,
상기 광학 필름의 지상축과 상기 편광 필름의 투과축의 교차각이 90°±5°이고,
상기 다른 광학 필름의 지상축과 상기 편광 필름의 투과축의 교차각이 22.5°±5°인
정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 8 항, 제 10 항 및 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널이, 유기 EL 표시 패널을 포함하는 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 8 항 및 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름이, 경사 연신 필름인 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 8 항 및 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름이, 시클로올레핀 폴리머, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 트리아세틸셀룰로오스로 이루어지는 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 도전층 및 상기 제 2 도전층이, 산화인듐주석, 카본 나노튜브 또는 은 나노와이어를 이용하여 형성된 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름 및/또는 상기 다른 광학 필름이, 경사 연신 필름인 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 위상차 필름이, 시클로올레핀 폴리머, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 트리아세틸셀룰로오스로 이루어지는 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 광학 필름 및/또는 상기 다른 광학 필름이, 시클로올레핀 폴리머, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 트리아세틸셀룰로오스로 이루어지는 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 22 항 또한 제 23 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 도전층 및 상기 제 2 도전층이, 산화인듐주석, 카본 나노튜브 또는 은 나노와이어를 이용하여 형성된 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항, 제 6 항, 제 8 항, 제 10 항 및 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유전체층이 1층 구조인, 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,
상기 연신 필름의 비유전율이 2 이상 5 이하인, 정전 용량식 터치 패널 부착 표시 장치.
