Claims (4)
- 수소 연료를 저장하는 저장탱크와, 상기 저장탱크로부터 연료충전계통을 통해 차량에 탑재되어 있는 차량탑재용 수소 충전탱크에 수소를 충전하는 충전노즐을 구비한 충전장치에 있어서,
충전노즐은 막대형상부재와 본체부를 구비하고 있고,
본체부에는 씰부재가 배치되며,
막대형상부재의 선단 측에는 씰부재 지지부재가 설치되고, 씰부재 지지부재와의 미끄럼 접촉으로부터 막대형상부재의 외주면을 보호하는 기구를 가지며,
상기 씰부재 지지부재는 본체부의 내주에 나사결합되어 상기 막대형상부재의 미끄럼 이동을 안내하며, 또한 상기 씰부재 지지부재를 본체부의 내주에 나사 고정 시 강고하게 고정하기 위하여 상기 씰부재로부터 이격되어 있는 측의 단면에는 전용 공구의 계합부를 결합시켜 회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 복수개의 슬릿이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
씰부재 지지부재와의 미끄럼 접촉으로부터 막대형상부재의 외주면을 보호하는 상기 기구를, 씰부재 지지부재의 반경방향 내측면에 막대형상부재의 재료보다 경도가 낮은 소재를 코팅하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
막대형상부재의 상기 연료충전계통 측 단부에 밸브체가 설치되며, 밸브체를 폐쇄 측으로 힘을 가하는 탄성재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
충전노즐과 차량용 충전구가 연결상태를 유지하는 클러치 기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 충전장치.
