Claims (8)
- 중공사를 이용한 열교환기의 제조방법에 있어서,
둘레면 일정 영역이 개방된 중공사삽입부(21)가 길이방향으로 연장 형성되는 튜브 형태의 경화제 주입몰드(20)와 중공사(13)를 준비하는 준비 단계(S100);
상기 경화제 주입몰드(20)의 중공사삽입부(21)에 다단으로 중공사(13)를 삽입하는 중공사 삽입 단계(S200);
상기 경화제 주입몰드(20)에 경화제를 주입하여 경화시키는 경화제 주입 단계(S300);
상기 경화제 주입몰드(20)를 분리시키는 몰드 분리 단계(S400); 및
상기 경화제 주입몰드(20) 내에서 경화된 기둥 형태의 탱크 형성부를 드릴링 하여 길이방향으로 양단이 관통된 탱크부(11)를 형성하는 탱크부 형성 단계(S500); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 준비 단계(S100)에서는
길이방향으로 양측 단부가 개방된 원통형 또는 다각기둥 형태의 상기 경화제 주입몰드(20)가 준비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 경화제 주입 단계(S300)에서는
상기 경화제 주입몰드(20)의 길이방향으로 일측에서 경화제가 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기의 제조방법은
상기 중공사 삽입 단계(S200)에서 중공사(13)의 길이방향으로 양단이 각각 경화제 주입몰드(20)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 탱크부 형성 단계(S500)에서는
상기 중공사삽입부(21)에 삽입되어 경화제와 함께 경화된 중공사(13)의 단부가 탱크 형성부를 드릴링 하는 과정에서 제거되어,
상기 경화제 주입 단계(S300)에서 경화제에 의해 막혔던 상기 중공사(13)의 양단이 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 열교환기의 제조방법을 이용하여 제조된 열교환기(10)에 있어서,
일정거리 이격되어 나란하게 형성되며, 열교환매체가 유입 또는 배출되는 한 쌍의 탱크부(11); 및
상기 탱크부(11)에 양단이 고정되어 내부에 열교환매체가 유동되며, 다단의 중공사(13)로 이루어진 코어부(12); 를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 탱크부(11)는
상기 경화제 주입몰드(20)의 형태에 따라 내부가 중공되며, 양단이 개방된 원통형 또는 다각기둥 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 코어부(12)는
서로 이웃한 중공사(13) 간에 간극이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
