Abstract
Description
도 2는 PD-L1 결합 펩타이드의 세포 결합 및 내재화 결과를 나타낸다. (a) HEK-293T 세포를 PD-L1 플라스미드 벡터로 형질감염시켰고, 펩타이드의 결합을 검증한 결과이다(미-형질감염 세포 및 형질감염 세포). (b) MDA-MB231 세포에서 PD-L1 결합 펩타이드(PD-L1Pep-1, PD-L1Pep-2)의 결합을 확인한 결과이다. (c) PD-L1 펩타이드들의 내재화를 나타내는 공초점 이미지이다. (d) PD-L1 결합 펩타이드들의 내재화 후, 세포 표면 상 PD-L1 항체 결합이 감소된 결과를 나타낸다(스케일 바: 20μm).

Claims (18)
- 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 PD-L1에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 PD-1 및 PD-L1의 상호작용을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PD-L1에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드.
- 제1항의 펩타이드를 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드.
- 제3항의 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 재조합벡터.
- 제4항의 재조합벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체(단, 인간을 제외함).
- 제1항의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하며, 상기 펩타이드가 PD-L1 발현 수준이 높은 대장암세포 CT26 또는 전이성 유방암세포 MDA-MB-231에 특이적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대장암 또는 전이성 유방암 진단용 조성물.
