Abstract
본 발명의 콘택트 렌즈는 친수성의 하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트과 습윤성의 포스포릴콜린를 함유시킨 생체적합성 특성에 의해 함수율 증가로 렌즈의 탈수가 방지되고, 산소투과성 증가와 함께 습윤성이 향상되어 렌즈의 착용감이 개선되는 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (5)
- a). 친수성의 중합성 단량체인 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트(2-HEMA) 100중량부에 대하여 보조단량체 5 ~ 10중량부, 2-메타클리로일옥시에틸포스포린콜린과 메타크릴로일옥시에틸 에틸렌 옥사이드 20 ~ 30중량부, 실리콘 화합물로 트리스(3-메타크릴옥시프로필)실란 및 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리스(트라이메틸실록시실레인)으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분 10 ~ 30중량부, 가교제 0.5 ~ 1중량부 및 개시제 0.2 ~ 0.5중량부를 포함하고 그 외 보조제로 자외선 차단제, 항균제를 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈의 성형재료(A)를 준비하는 단계와
b), 상기 성형재료(A)를 콘택즈 렌즈 성형틀에 주입하고 100 ~ 130℃에서 30 ~ 60분 가열 및 경화시켜 콘택즈 렌즈를 성형하는 단계 및
c). 성형틀로부터 콘택즈 렌즈를 취출하는 단계을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착용감이 개선된 콘택트 렌즈 제조방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 보조 단량체가 N-비닐피롤리돈이 선택되고, 여기에 N,N-디메틸아크릴아마이드 또는 메타크릴산이 추가로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 착용감이 개선된 콘택트 렌즈 제조방법.

- 청구항 3에 있어서, 가교제는 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리메타크릴레이트, 및 아릴메타크릴레이트로부터 하나 이상의 성분이 선택되며, 개시제는 2,2'-아조비스(2,4-디메틸펜탄니트릴) 및 2,2'-아조비스(2-메틸프로판니트릴), 벤조일페록사이드, 큐밀페록사이드, 부틸페록사이드, 부틸페록시벤조에이트로부터 하나 이상의 성분이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 착용감이 개선된 콘택트 렌즈 제조방법.
