Claims (20)
- 복합 부직포 웹을 제조하는 방법으로,
통로와 통로 방향을 한정하고 출구 간극을 추가로 한정하는 교차 방향으로 연장되는 적어도 제1 및 제2 대향 벽을 갖는 슈트를 제공하는 단계;
상기 출구 간극 근처에서 외측으로 연장되는 일련의 이격된 탭들을 제공하고, 추가로 여기서 공기가 상기 통로 방향에 대하여 측방으로 흐를 수 있게 하는, 개방 공간들이 상기 탭들에 인접한, 단계;
제1 공기 스트림에 제1 섬유들을 연행하여 공기 연행된 섬유들의 제1 스트림을 형성하는 단계;
제2 공기 스트림에 제2 섬유들을 연행하여 공기 연행된 섬유들의 제2 스트림을 형성하는 단계;
상기 통로 방향으로 상기 통로를 통해 상기 공기 연행된 섬유들의 제1 스트림을 유도하는 단계;
상기 출구 간극을 통하여 상기 탭들을 지나서 상기 공기 연행된 제1 섬유들의 제1 스트림을 유도하여서, 상기 공기 연행된 섬유들의 제1 스트림 내에 와류를 형성하는 단계;
