Claims (14)
- 2개의 실리케이트 사면체 시트; 및
상기 2개의 실리케이트 사면체 시트 사이에 삽입된 금속 팔면체 시트로 구성되는, 유기나노점토 입자로서,
탄화수소쇄 함유기가 상기 실리케이트 사면체 시트의 규소에 결합된 것인, 유기나노점토(organo-nanoclay) 입자를 포함하는 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기나노점토 입자는 층전하가 없는 활석족인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기나노점토 입자는 [(CH3)]8Si8MXO16(OH)4의 단위 셀 화학식을 가지되, M은 금속 양이온이며, x는 12/(M이 갖는 양전하)인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물.
- (a) 적어도 하나의 탄화수소쇄 함유기와 적어도 하나의 가수분해성기가 규소원자에 결합되어 있는 실란 화합물,
(b) Mg2+, Ca2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Al3+, Fe2+, 및 Ce3+으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 금속 양이온과 Cl- 또는 NO3-인 음이온의 염인 금속 전구체, 및
(c) 염기를 혼합하여 유기나노점토 입자를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 혼합액의 pH는 10.0 내지 12.0인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (a), (b), 및 (c)를 포함하는 혼합액에 (d) 산성 용액을 첨가하여 중화하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소쇄 함유기는 C1-10 알킬, C2-10 알케닐, C2-10 알키닐, C6-17 아릴, 및 C3-17 시클로알킬로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해성기는 메톡시기, 에톡시기, 프로폭시기, 부톡시기, 히드록시기, 아세톡시기, 및 이소시아네이트기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염기는 NaOH, KOH, 및 LiOH로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액은 실란 화합물과 HCl, H2SO4, 및 HNO3에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 산을 포함하는 용액인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 전구체는 MgCl2, AlCl3, CuCl2, ZnCl2, 또는 Zn(NO3)2인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 산성용액에서 실란 화합물의 농도는 0.5 내지 10.0 %(v/v)인 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물을 제공하는 것인, 발수성 및 발유성 나노코팅용 조성물의 제조방법.
