Claims (7)
- 항공기에 설치되는 안테나를 수용하도록 형성되어 안테나를 보호하는 레이돔에 있어서,
상기 안테나를 수용하도록 형성되며, 폴리스티렌(Polystyrene) 또는 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene) 발포수지가 발포되어 형성된 다공질 폐쇄형 셀로 이루어지며, 내측 표면이 열선 절단을 통해 경질면 처리되어 형성된 발포층;
상기 발포층의 외측 표면을 감싸도록 형성되며, 유리섬유강화플라스틱 시트의 적층체가 경화되어 이루어지는 유리섬유강화플라스틱 패널층; 및
상기 유리섬유강화플라스틱 패널층 외측 표면을 코팅하도록 형성된 도장층;을 포함하는 경량 레이돔.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포층은,
증기 성형 공정을 통해 성형되고, 이후 내측 표면이 열선 절단을 통해 경질면 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 레이돔.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도장층은,
에폭시계 하부도장 도료와 에폭시 또는 우레탄계 상부도장 도료가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 레이돔.
- 제1항, 4항 내지 제5항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 따른 경량 레이돔의 제조 방법에 있어서,
1) 다공질로 이루어진 발포체를, 상형과 하형으로 이루어지며 각각에 고온의 증기를 공급할 수 있는 증기유통로가 형성된 틀에 삽입하는 단계;
2) 상기 증기유통로로 고온의 증기를 공급하여 상기 틀에 삽입된 발포체를 성형함으로써 상기 발포층을 형성하는 단계;
2_1) 상기 발포층의 내측 표면을 열선으로 절단하여 경질면처리 하는 단계;
3) 상기 발포층 외측면에 다수의 유리섬유강화플라스틱 시트(310)를 적층하여 경화된 유리섬유강화플라스틱 패널층을 접착하는 단계; 및
4) 상기 유리섬유강화플라스틱 패널층 외측 표면에 도료를 도포 및 건조하여 도장층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 레이돔의 제조 방법. - 삭제
