Claims (4)
- 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사에 있어서,
프로필렌 성분 92~82중량%와 에틸렌 성분 8~18중량%를 갖는 프로필렌-에틸렌 코폴리머 50~90중량%와 폴리프로필렌 50~10중량%, 프로필렌-에틸렌 코폴리머와 폴리프로필렌의 총합 100중량% 대비 안료 3~8중량%을 용융압출후 노즐방사하여서 다수 가닥의 필라멘트를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사를 구비하되, 상기 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사는 100~1500데니어 굵기를 가지며 5% 내지 60% 신장시 신장탄성률이 99~70%로 구성하고 필라멘트 30~100가닥과 2~3(gf/denier) 비강도, 50~60%의 사(絲) 인장신도를 가지게 구성함을 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사.
- 삭제
- 제1항의 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사를 이용하여 단독 내지 혼용으로 직조하여서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사를 이용한 섬유원단.
- 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사의 제조방법에 있어서,
프로필렌 성분 92~82중량%와 에틸렌 성분 8~18중량%를 갖는 프로필렌-에틸렌 코폴리머 50~90중량%을 폴리프로필렌 50~10중량%와 함께 용융압출기에 투입하되 프로필렌-에틸렌 코폴리머와 폴리프로필렌의 총합 100중량% 대비 안료 3~8중량%를 마스터배치형태로 더 투입하여서 용융압출기의 1차로부 내지 3차로부가 230~260℃ 온도내에서 가용온도를 점차 상승되게 하여 용융 압출하며 방사 필라멘트의 절사를 방지하기 위해 용융압출기의 후방 다이스부에서는 폴리필라멘트사 제조시의 다이스부의 가온온도보다 상대적으로 낮은 190~210℃의 다이스부 가온온도로 유지한 후 방사노즐들을 통해 다수 필라멘트들로 방사하고,
방사노즐들을 통해 방사되는 다수 필라멘트들을 10~20℃ 냉각온도로 송풍 냉각시킨 후 오일링 한 다음, 다수차에 걸쳐 연신하되 50~60℃의 연신온도로 1.5 ~ 3 : 1의 비율로 연신하고 인터레이싱하여서 100~1500데니어 굵기를 가지며 5% 내지 60% 신장시 신장탄성률이 99~70%, 사(絲) 인장신도 50~60%를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사를 얻음을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 탄성사의 제조방법.
