Abstract
Description
도 2는 HDPE1, HDPE2 및 PP의 필라멘트 섬유당 2 데니어에 대해 부하량-신율 곡선을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 HDPE1과 3%, 4% 및 5% LDPE2의 블렌드의 필라멘트 섬유당 2 데니어에 대해 부하량-신율 곡선을 나타내는 그래프이다.

도 6은 100%의 고밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체 HDPE2로 제조된 스펀본드 부직 직물의 SEM 현미경사진이다 - 매끄러운 섬유를 도시한다. 삽도에서의 현미경사진은 두께 방향으로 절단된 직물의 광학 현미경검사에 의해 얻어지고, 직물에 높은 표면 조도를 유발하는 섬유에서의 구정의 징후를 갖지 않는다.
도 7은 100% HDPE1로 제조된 모노-스펀 섬유의 SEM 현미경사진이다 - 도 5에서와 유사한 표면 조도를 도시한다. 삽도에서의 현미경사진은 두께 방향으로 절단된 직물의 광학 현미경검사에 의해 얻어지고, 미세한 구정 형태의 존재를 나타낸다.
도 8은 97% HDPE1 및 3% LDPE2의 모노-스펀 섬유의 주사 전자 현미경검사에 의해 얻어진 SEM 현미경사진이다 - 블렌딩에 의해 달성되는 섬유의 매끄러운 표면을 도시한다.
Claims (12)
- 2.0 내지 3.0의 Mw/Mn을 갖는 고밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체 95 중량% 내지 99 중량%;
5 g/10 min 내지 15 g/10 min의 용융 지수를 갖는 저밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체 5 중량% 내지 1 중량%
를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드를 포함하며, 1 데니어 내지 2 데니어의 밀도 및 8.5 g/데니어 내지 20 g/데니어의 3% 시컨트 모듈러스를 갖는, 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서, 10 g/데니어 내지 20 g/데니어의 3% 시컨트 모듈러스를 갖는 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2600 mpm 내지 3200 mpm의 파단 경사를 갖는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체가 0.930 g/cc 초과 내지 0.96 g/cc의 밀도 및 15 g/10 min 내지 20 g/10 min의 용융 지수를 갖는 것인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체가 2.0 미만의 Mz/Mw를 갖는 것인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체가 1.1 초과의 제로-전단 점도비를 갖는 것인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체가 100개 미만의 비닐/106개의 탄소를 갖는 것인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저밀도 에틸렌-기재 중합체가 0.915 g/cc 내지 0.925 g/cc의 밀도 및 5 g/10 min 내지 15 g/10 min의 용융 지수를 갖는 것인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜트-스펀 섬유인 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 데니어의 밀도, 10 g/데니어 내지 20 g/데니어의 3% 시컨트 모듈러스, 1.0 g/데니어 초과 내지 1.3 g/데니어의 인장 강도, 및 2600 mpm 내지 3200 mpm의 파단 경사를 갖는 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 205 J/g 초과의 결정화 열을 갖는 섬유.
- 제1항의 섬유를 포함하는 직물.
