도 2는 본 발명에 의한 배터리 셀에서 전극조립체에서 전극탭이 형성된 것을 대략적으로 나타낸 사시도 이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 배터리 셀에서 버스바의 연결을 나타낸 사시도 이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 배터리 셀에서 전극 리드의 접합을 나타낸 사시도 이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 의한 파우치 케이스가 적용된 배터리 셀의 사시도 이다.
도 6는 본 발명에 의한 배터리 셀의 제조 방법을 나타낸 순서도 이다.

Claims (12)
- 분리막이 사이에 개제된 양극판과 음극판을 포함하는 전극조립체;
상기 양극판에 연결되며 상기 양극판의 대향되는 양단에 돌출 신장되어 형성되는 제1 양극탭 및 제2 양극탭;
상기 음극판에 연결되며 상기 음극판의 대향되는 양단에 돌출 신장되어 형성되는 제1 음극탭 및 제2 음극탭;
제1, 제2 양극탭 및 제1, 제2 음극탭의 적어도 일부분이 외부로 노출되도록 상기 전극조립체를 감싸는 셀커버;
상기 양극판의 외부면에 대응하며, 상기 제1 양극탭 및 제2 양극탭 각각에 대응되는 위치에 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 돌출부는 각각 상기 제1 양극탭 및 제2 양극탭과 연결되는 제1 버스바;
상기 음극판의 외부면에 대응하며, 상기 제1 음극탭 및 제2 음극탭 각각에 대응되는 위치에 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 돌출부는 각각 상기 제1 음극탭 및 제2 음극탭과 연결되는 제2 버스바;
상기 제1 버스바의 돌출부와 연결된 제1 양극탭 또는 제2 양극탭 중 어느 하나에 연결되는 양극 리드;
상기 제2 버스바의 돌출부와 연결된 제1 음극탭 또는 제2 음극탭 중 어느 하나에 연결되는 음극 리드; 및
상기 양극 리드 및 음극 리드의 적어도 일부가 외부로 노출되도록 상기 전극조립체 및 제1, 제2 버스바를 수용하는 파우치 케이스;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 양극탭 및 제2 양극탭은,
상기 양극판의 임의의 한 변과 평행한 양극판 축의 양쪽 단부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 음극탭 및 제2 음극탭은,
상기 음극판의 임의의 한 변과 평행한 음극판 축의 양쪽 단부에 형성되되, 상기 음극판 축은 상기 양극판 축과 다르게 설정되어 상기 양극탭과 음극탭이 상호 겹치지 않도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 버스바 및 제2 버스바는,
상기 전극조립체를 사이에 두고 맞대어지도록 배치되는 얇은 판형인 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 버스바의 재질은 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2 버스바의 재질은 구리인 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 버스바 및 상기 제2 버스바의 면적은 상기 전극조립체의 면적보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 리드 및 상기 음극 리드는,
상기 전극조립체의 길이방향으로 서로 반대 방향에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스바를 적용한 배터리 셀
