Claims (15)
- 3 차원(3D) 인쇄 중에 부품에 컬러(color)를 부가하는 방법으로서,
제 1 빌드 재료 층의 적어도 일부 상에 코어 융합제를 선택적으로 적용하는 단계;
상기 제 1 빌드 재료 층을 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, 상기 코어 융합제와 접촉하는 상기 제 1 빌드 재료 층의 부분을 융합시켜 코어층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 코어층 상에 제 2 빌드 재료 층을 적용하는 단계;
상기 제 2 빌드 재료 층의 적어도 일부 상에 프라이머 융합제를 적용하는 단계로서, 이때 상기 프라이머 융합제는
세슘 텅스텐 산화물 나노 입자,
C2 내지 C8 베타인, 물 100 g 중의 용해도가 적어도 10 g인 C2 내지 C8 아미노 카복실산, 타우린 및 이들의 조합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 쯔비터이온성(zwitterionic) 안정화제, 및
물, 공용매, 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 수성 비히클
을 포함하는, 단계; 및
상기 제 2 빌드 재료 층을 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, 상기 프라이머 융합제와 접촉하는 상기 제 2 빌드 재료 층의 부분을 융합시켜 프라이머 층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 층 상에 제 3 빌드 재료 층을 적용하는 단계;
상기 제 3 빌드 재료 층의 적어도 일부 상에, 착색된 잉크젯 잉크 및 i) 코어 융합제 또는 ii) 프라이머 융합제를 적용하는 단계; 및
상기 제 3 빌드 재료 층을 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, i) 코어 융합제 또는 ii) 프라이머 융합제와 접촉하는 상기 제 3 빌드 재료 층의 부분을 융합시켜, 잉크젯 잉크의 착색제가 함입되어 있는 착색층을 형성하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 착색층 상에, 착색된 잉크젯 잉크를 적용하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 착색된 잉크젯 잉크와 함께 디테일링제(detailing agent)를 적용하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 방법이, 상기 코어층, 상기 프라이머 층 및 상기 착색층을 형성하기 전에,
상기 착색된 잉크젯 잉크를 희생(sacrificial) 빌드 재료 층 상에 적용하는 단계;
상기 희생 빌드 재료 층 상에 제 4 빌드 재료 층을 적용하는 단계;
상기 제 4 빌드 재료 층의 적어도 일부분 상에, 상기 착색된 잉크젯 잉크 및 i) 코어 융합제 또는 ii) 프라이머 융합제를 적용하는 단계;
상기 제 4 빌드 재료 층을 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, i) 코어 융합제 또는 ii) 프라이머 융합제와 접촉하는 상기 제 4 빌드 재료 층의 부분을 융합시켜, 상기 잉크젯 잉크의 착색제가 함입되어 있는 제 1 착색층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제 1 착색층 상에 제 5 빌드 재료 층을 적용하는 단계;
상기 제 5 빌드 재료 층의 적어도 일부 상에 상기 프라이머 융합제를 적용하는 단계; 및
제 5 빌드 재료 층을 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, 상기 프라이머 융합제와 접촉하는 상기 제 5 빌드 재료 층의 부분을 융합시켜 초기 층(initial layer)을 형성하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하고;
상기 초기 층 상에 상기 코어층이 형성되는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방법이, 상기 코어층을 형성하기 위해 상기 빌드 재료를 전자기 복사선에 노출시키기 전에, 상기 코어 융합제에 의해 한정된 둘레(perimeter)에 인접한 상기 빌드 재료의 제 2 부분 상에 상기 프라이머 융합제를 적용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 코어층을 형성하기 위해 상기 빌드 재료를 전자기 복사선에 노출시키는 단계는 또한 층 부분(layer portion)을 형성하는, 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 방법이, 상기 프라이머 융합제에 의해 한정되는 둘레에 인접한 제 3 부분 상에 착색된 잉크젯 잉크 및 i) 코어 융합제 또는 ii) 프라이머 융합제를 적용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 코어층을 형성하기 위해 상기 빌드 재료를 전자기 복사선에 노출시키는 단계는 또한, 상기 층 부분의 둘레에 인접한 착색된 층 부분을 형성하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코어 융합제는 블랙 융합제이고,
상기 방법은, 상기 층을 형성하기 전에, 상기 블랙 융합제로써 몇몇 코어층을 형성함으로써 부품 코어(part core)를 구축(building)하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 삭제

상기 층 상에 부가적인 중합체성 빌드 재료를 적용하는 단계;
상기 부가적인 중합체성 빌드 재료의 적어도 일부 상에 상기 융합제를 적용하는 단계; 및
상기 부가적인 중합체성 빌드 재료를 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, 상기 부가적인 중합체성 빌드 재료의 적어도 일부를 융합시켜 다른 층을 형성하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 3D 인쇄 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 부가적인 중합체성 빌드 재료의 적용, 상기 융합제의 적용, 및 상기 노출을 사전결정된 횟수의 사이클만큼 반복하여 부품을 형성하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 3D 인쇄 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 부품 상에 상기 빌드 재료의 최종 층을 적용하는 단계;
상기 최종 층의 적어도 일부 상에, 착색된 잉크젯 잉크 및 상기 융합제를 적용하는 단계;
상기 최종 층을 전자기 복사선에 노출시킴으로써, 상기 융합제와 접촉하는 최종 층의 부분을 융합시켜, 잉크젯 잉크의 착색제가 매립되어 있는 착색층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 착색층 상에, 착색된 잉크젯 잉크를 적용하는 단계
