Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (A) 용매의 존재 및 반응 조건 하에서, 촉매성 금속 전구체, 하나 이상의 유기폴리포스파이트 리간드, CO, 수소, 벌키(bulky) 유기모노포스파이트 리간드를 접촉시킴으로써 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 형성하는 단계로서, 이때 유기폴리포스파이트 대 촉매성 금속의 몰비는 1 초과 2 미만이고; 일산화탄소의 분압은 25 psig 이상이고; 벌키 유기모노포스파이트 대 촉매성 금속의 몰비는 5:1 내지 50:1인, 단계; 및, 이어서
(B) 유기폴리포스파이트 리간드 대 촉매성 금속의 비가 1 미만으로 떨어지도록 유기폴리포스파이트 리간드 농도를 감소시키는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 접촉이 유기폴리포스파이트 리간드와 동시에 또는 그 이후에 벌키 유기모노포스파이트가 도입되도록 수행되는, 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
접촉이, 유기폴리포스파이트 리간드 및 촉매성 금속 전구체가 먼저 도입된 후, 벌키 유기모노포스파이트가 첨가되도록 수행되는, 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
벌키 유기모노포스파이트와 접촉되기 전에 유기폴리포스파이트와 촉매성 금속 전구체가 함께 접촉되는, 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
접촉이, 유기폴리포스파이트 리간드가 먼저 도입된 후, 촉매성 금속 전구체가 첨가되고, 그 후에 벌키 유기모노포스파이트가 첨가되도록 수행되는, 하이드로포밀화 촉매를 형성하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
