Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1에서, 전기방사를 이용한 약물 코팅 공정의 전기방사 시 이미지이다.
도 3은 실시예 1에서, 초기 스텐트(BMS), 질소 도핑된 티타늄산화물층이 코팅된 스텐트(N:TiO2) 및 질소 도핑된 티타늄산화물층 상에 펨토초 레이저 가공된 스텐트(N:TiO2-FSL)에 대한 주사전자현미경(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM) 이미지이다.
도 4는 실시예 1에서, 초기 스텐트(BMS), 질소 도핑된 티타늄산화물층이 코팅된 스텐트(N:TiO2) 및 질소 도핑된 티타늄산화물층 상에 펨토초 레이저 가공된 스텐트(N:TiO2-FSL)의 표면의 물에 대한 접촉각을 각각 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5 및 도 6는 실시예 1에서 제조된 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트(N:TiO2-FSL-TCL)의 타크로리무스의 총 로딩량과 타크로리무스의 용출 지연 특성을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (9)
- a) 스텐트 표면 상에 질소 도핑된 티타늄산화물층을 형성하는 단계
b) 상기 티타늄산화물층 상에 펨토초 펄스 레이저를 조사하여 펨토초 레이저 가공하는 단계 및
c) 타크로리무스 약물 및 용매를 포함하되 고분자를 포함하지 않는 전기방사 혼합액을 상기 펨토초 레이저 가공된 티타늄산화물층 상에 전기방사하는 단계를 포함하는 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서, 티타늄산화물층은 0.2 내지 2 ㎛의 평균두께를 갖는 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서, 용매는 제1용매 및 제2용매를 포함하는 공용매이며,
상기 제1용매와 상기 제2용매는 서로 비점 차가 25℃ 이상이고 각각의 비점이 모두 120℃ 이하인 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서, 제1용매는 제2용매보다 비점이 낮으며, 제1용매와 제2용매의 중량비가 100:30~80인 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계에서, 펨토초 레이저 가공된 티타늄산화물층은 하기 관계식 1을 만족하는 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트의 제조 방법.

(상기 관계식 1에서, θF는 펨토초 레이저 가공된 티타늄산화물층에 대한 물의 접촉각이며, θ0는 펨토초 레이저 가공되지 않은 티타늄산화물층에 대한 물의 접촉각이다) - 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트의 제조 방법으로 제조되는 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트.
- 제7항에 있어서,
하기 관계식 2를 만족하는 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트.

(상기 관계식 2에서, R7d는 약물 용출 스텐트가 pH 7.4의 인산완충식염수 용매 상에서 37℃ 및 100 rpm에서 7 일 동안 용출된 약물의 누적 용출량이고, RA는 상기 스텐트에 로딩된 약물의 전체 로딩량이며, 상기 누적 용출량 및 상기 전체 로딩량의 단위는 질량 단위이다) - 제7항에 있어서,
하기 관계식 3을 만족하는 타크로리무스 약물 용출 스텐트.
