Claims (3)
- 충격을 흡수하면서 일차적으로 유효 저항을 발휘하고 탄성 변형되는 외부층(100)을 형성하는 외부층 형성단계(S100);
설정 폭을 갖으면서 외부층의 어느 일면에 배치되어 휨응력을 발휘하고 외부층의 단면 형태를 보전하는 필름층(200)을 형성하는 필름층 형성단계(S200);
외부층과 필름층의 경계 영역에 점성 유동되는 수지를 분포한 상태로 성형롤러를 통과하여 수지층(300)을 형성하는 수지층 형성단계(S300);
돌출 거리가 제한된 반원의 에어캡(410)을 밀착 형성하여 전 표면상에 볼록부와 간극부를 형성하되, 상기 필름층(200)과 면 접촉한 상태로 압출하여 에어캡층(400)을 형성하는 에어캡층 형성단계(S400);
양면이 점착면으로 이루어진 마감층(500)을 구비한 다음 어느 일면에 접착제를 더 도포하여 에어캡층(400)과 접합시키고, 또 다른 일면에는 점착면 보호 및 선택적 박리가 가능한 이형층(600)을 형성하는 마감단계(S500);
로 이루어지고,
상기 외부층 형성단계(S100)는,
설정 프리폴리머에 사슬연장제 및 가교제를 투입하여 화학적 가교 구조를 갖는 폴리우레탄으로 제1흡수단(110)을 형성하는 제1흡수단 형성단계(S110);
제1흡수단과 일체화하되 가교 발포 유도된 폴리에틸렌으로 제2흡수단(120)을 형성하는 제2흡수단 형성단계(S120);
제1흡수단에 친수성 코팅액을 도포하여 코팅층(130)을 형성하는 코팅층 형성단계(S130);
로 이루어짐으로써 외부층(100)에 가해지는 충격 유효 저항 및 탄성력을 상승되게 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 에어캡 시트의 제조방법. - 삭제
