Claims (8)
- α-메틸스티렌 단량체, 공액디엔계 단량체 및 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체를 포함하여 유화 중합시키는 단계(S10)단계를 포함하고,
상기 α-메틸스티렌 단량체 및 공액디엔계 단량체는 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율 0%인 시점에 일괄 투입되며, 상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체는 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율 0% 내지 80%인 시점에서 2회 이상 분할 투입되고,
단량체 전체 함량에 대하여, 상기 α-메틸스티렌 단량체는 10 중량% 내지 50 중량%, 상기 공액디엔계 단량체는 49 중량% 내지 89 중량% 및 상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체는 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%로 투입되며,
상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체로부터 유래된 반복단위의 함량은, 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율에 따른 각 공액디엔계 공중합체의 전체 함량에 대하여, 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 범위 내에서 유지되고,
상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트는 히드록시 프로필 메타크릴레이트 또는 히드록시 부틸 메타크릴레이트인 공액디엔계 공중합체 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체는 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율 0% 내지 60%인 시점에서 2회 내지 4회로 분할 투입되는 것인 공액디엔계 공중합체 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체로부터 유래된 반복단위의 함량은, 상기 유화 중합의 중합 전환율에 따른 각 공액디엔계 공중합체의 전체 함량에 대하여, 편차 ±2 중량%의 범위 내에서 유지되는 것인 공액디엔계 공중합체 제조방법. - 삭제
- 공액디엔계 공중합체에 포함되는 단량체 유래 반복단위 전체 함량에 대하여, α-메틸스티렌 단량체 유래 반복단위 10 중량% 내지 50 중량%, 공액디엔계 단량체 유래 반복단위 49 중량% 내지 89 중량% 및 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 유래 반복단위 0.1 중량% 내지 5 중량%를 포함하되, 상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 유래 반복단위의 함량은, 중합 전환율에 따른 각 공액디엔계 공중합체의 전체 함량에 대하여, 편차 ±2 중량%의 범위 내에서 유지되며,
상기 히드록시 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트는 히드록시 프로필 메타크릴레이트 또는 히드록시 부틸 메타크릴레이트인 공액디엔계 공중합체. - 제5항에 따른 공액디엔계 공중합체를 포함하는 원료 고무를 포함하는 고무 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 고무 조성물은 상기 원료 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 실리카계 충진제 1 중량부 내지 200 중량부를 포함하는 고무 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 실리카계 충진제는 습식 실리카, 건식 실리카, 규산칼슘, 규산알루미늄 및 콜로이드 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 고무 조성물.
